You will find a TV and DVD in every room. There are 8 bikes, jogger stroller and tag along included with 10 unlimited pool and tennis passes. Sunriver’s ~ 3300 Acre resort is only 15 short minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort a first tier destination ski resort and 15 miles from Bend’s shopping and recreation. There is so much to do in Sunriver wether it be Winter or Summer. Besides, skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor in the winter, Sunriver has it's own tube park and there are Snowmobiling vendors nearby. The Village has ice skating in the winter. There are 27 miles of bike trails, 2 Championship Golf Courses, Sunriver Lodge and Village with more shopping and many Restaurants to choose from. In the summer there is horseback riding, swimming at the two large pools. Play at Fort Rock Park. Go river rafting on the Deschutes River or take the daily or evening rafting or canoe rides.
Tennis Courts abound, Sage Spring Spa and Fitness Center, 2 championship golf courses with a 9 hole putting course outside the Lodge. There is a fun put put course in Sunriver Village. We have a canoe on the premises or for the thrill seekers.
Don’t be surprised if you wake up to deer and little fawns in the backyard. Wildlife are part of the experience. Just this March 23 saw a heard of 60 Elk moving through Sunriver.

Owner Description
We are a family of four who are natives to Portland, Oregon. We travel to Bend often for business and pleasure. We have rental property in Portland and Bend and are in the retail business.
Why the Owner Chose Woodlands
We chose Sunriver because of the beauty of Central Oregon plus the extra perk of 300 days of sunshine. For the most part, you can count on the dry weather which makes it possible to enjoy all the recreation activities in the resort. There are 27 miles of bike trails,2 Championship golf courses, 2 large pools, river rafting, horseback riding, the Sage Spring Spa or a treat or enjoy the game of Tennis with the many tennis courts available. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor in the winter is only a 20 minute drive.
The Unique Benefits of this House
All the rooms have thematic designer furnishings, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, this home is made for relaxation and fun yet very private with all the comforts of home. This street is not a through street so no you will not be annoyed by bike trails in the rear or loud cross streets nearby. The Bike trails start just at the end of the street. The Woodlands Golf Course is just across the street as well.
