There is also a one month rental minimum.
Full social and golf membership are yours with a membership transfer fee of $ 250. to the Legends Golf and Country Club.
Security deposit of $500, plus 25% of rental fee due upon reservation. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing 60 days prior to arrival date or fees will be forfeited.
