This is a Brand New 3 Bedroom 2 bath Ocean View condo in Hacienda Iguana Beach. If available, we can block off some of the bedrooms to accommodate smaller groups.
This is an amazing destination that appeals to Surfers, Golfers, Fishermen, Ecologists, and all around adventurers and outdoors-men. The condo has a beautiful ocean and river view and is located where the Rio Dolce River meets the Pacific Ocean.
From the balcony you will have a great view of the surf, golf course, and the jungle canopy with monkeys in the trees only a few feet away. It is fully furnished and contains everything that you will need for a relaxing getaway. We have put 2 beds in each room that can be pushed together to accommodate individuals as well as couples. There is also an oversized 'L' shaped couch.
The Rio Dulce River is a fresh water river that flows through the lush green jungle canopy filled with monkeys, tropical birds, and fish. The river meets the pacific and flows right into a world class surfing break called Colorado's. This is by far the best and most consistent wave in all of Nicaragua, and one of the best waves in Central America. This wave is directly in front and the closest condo to the break. The only thing between the you and the beach is the putting/chipping green, and the pool. The golf course is beautiful, make sure to check out the pictures from the fifth tee box that sits a couple hundred feet up and has a panoramic view of Hacienda Iguana and the Pacific .
The beach at Hacienda Iguana is less than 2 miles long, privately bordered by 2 rivers, and sprinkled with a few beautiful custom homes. Also along the beach are 2 more waves to surf. Ponga Drops is a great reef break in the middle of the beach that can handle surf up to triple overhead. There is also a point break at the north end of the beach that is a bit fickle but can be really fun with the right swell and tide. All of the surf is walking distance from the condo.
The Hacienda Iguana development has a great restaurant, small shops, and a great golf course. There is a market coming soon. Until then we recommend stocking up on the major groceries in town before arriving. Transportation can be arranged to pick you and your group up at the airport and drive you to Iguana Beach with a stop at the grocery store, or you can rent a car through one of several International agencies such such as Budget, Avis, Alamo, and Hertz and explore it on your own. We can provide you with detailed directions either way.
Your stay at Nicasurfnturf includes all of the above plus the use of the owners golf club membership that currently allows you to play a round of golf for $10
