A nice and charming country house in Minorca Island -nature reserve of the biosphere-. It is located in a traditional stoned featured area: Es Pou Nou. All kind of services can be found in Sant Lluís: the nearest village, which is only five minutes walking distance from the house. At an only ten minutes driving distance or half an hour by bike you will be surrounded by marvelous and white sand beaches, some of them being still virgin spaces.

Make sure don´t miss the fantastic trot horse´s performance in the racecourse only five minutes driving from the house. Also you´ll be delighted by the exceptional local restaurants. It should be to pay the 50% when the house is booked on and a 10% as a deposit. The balance should be paid one month before to occupy the house. We rent the whole property.
