In law unit is accessible through main house or separate outside front door entrance.
Bedrooms include: 4 bedrooms in main house with the master bedroom having a king bed, flat screen TV and slider out to deck area, 2 other bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. In law unit bedroom has queen bed and slider to screened deck area. Totaling 5 bedrooms with new linens and bedding.
On large estate and just off the largest bay in Marco Island that goes directly out to the gulf of Mexico, this house is surrounded by homes that are just as stunning. Pool has lots of sun exposure and is heated with electric heater allowing for night-time swimming.
