This Villa was totally renovated during 2008 (from new walls, ceilings, and paint to new carpet, kitchen, bath, and furniture) and has been continuously enhanced during each of the past several years. All appliances are under 2 years old. The kitchen was completely renovated during December, 2011. You can enjoy all of the new features and amenities in this luxurious Villa!

The Villa is a 1,600 sq ft three-story, three bedroom townhouse, near the front of the Seascape complex in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island. It is directly across the street from the beach. A five minute walk along a beach access path leads you to the beautiful beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Just steps away from the beach is a private beach cabana with an outside shower and private restrooms and changing areas for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and their guests.
The Seascape complex includes two on-site swimming pools, one of which is just steps away from either the front door or the back deck of the Villa. The grounds are naturally landscaped with lots of trees and bushes, shaded pathways for easy strolling, and several bridges over a lagoon that runs throughout the complex. Cascading water at several pond fountains attracts birds and other wildlife and adds to the private outdoor setting.
The famous and fun Hilton Head Island bike path is at the front of the complex, right next to South Forest Beach Drive. A short bike ride or a stroll will bring you to many nearby enjoyable activities, such as shopping, miniature golf, bike rentals, tennis, a movie theater, a waterpark, and, of course, great restaurants.
Since Hilton Head Island is not that large, you can enjoy everything the island has to offer from our conveniently located Seascape Villa. The Island has more than twelve miles of beach, twenty four championship golf courses, 225 tennis courts, fifty miles of bike paths and nature trails, countless watersport and land-based activities, over 200 shops and outlets, and more than 250 restaurants! Enjoy some of them or all of them with our Seascape Villa as your home away from home.

You will be provided with bath towels and bed linens equal to the maximum occupancy for the Villa (i.e. bath towels for eight (8) people and bed linens for five (5) beds). Additionally, a starter amount of toilet paper, sink and shower soaps, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and trash can liners are provided.
We pay attention to the details in the Villa and attempt to provide all of the conveniences of home (and then some!) to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. We want you to enjoy our Villa as much as we do, and we want you to come back again and again!
This Villa is a NON-SMOKING Villa.

This is an unusual review as I have not stayed in this villa. But read on. My friends and I were schedualed to stay for a "girls weekend". Unfortunately the villa suffered damage shortly before we were to stay there. The owner went out of his way to find us another place equal to his in Seascape Villas and make arrangements with the new owner. (All before we know about it). He got our approval and would have made other efforts had we not been pleased. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the new location and kept in contact with us. We very much appreciated his efforts and we had a wonderful weekend. I would not hesitate to stay at this villa on another trip. The villas are a quick walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping.

The villa was exactly as advertised. The location is excellent being a short walk from the beach and a 10 minute bike ride to Coligny, where we enjoyed a cup of coffee each morning after a ride along the beach The villa was extremely comfortable and well appointed, in addition to being conveniently located a few steps from the pool and the owners could not have been more accommodating. All requests and questions were dealt with quickly in a very friendly manner We would thoroughly recommend staying here and hope to return soon to relive the experience

We were lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful week of weather the week before Irene threatened at this comfortable and nicely decorated villa. The villa is so close to the beach, we loved the quick walk and the added bonus of the bathroom at the beach cabana. We also appreciated the comfortable beds, flat screen tvs, beautiful bathrooms, laundry and kitchen facilities. It is a really beautiful and relaxing villa. The owners were generous with soaps,plastic bags,tissues,lots of little things that add up to a great stay. It was a short bike ride to Coligny for italian ice or shopping. We would love to return soon.

This was our first time in Hilton Head. Paul was so helpful in providing us with information about the area and answering any questions we had. We were here for two weeks, including the 4th of July. Although we saw an increase in people on the beach, we never felt overcrowded. The bike paths near the villa were shaded and the kids loved riding bikes every night. Since we were so close to a residential area, the bike paths were not too crowded, either. We also like being so close to Coligny Circle. We were able to ride bikes to eat out or just to go to the Piggly Wiggly to pick up some groceries. Paul's kitchen was stocked and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the upgraded bathrooms. Thank you, Paul!

Well, now that the temperature has started to drop a bit, I find myself wishing that we were back in Hilton Head at this Seascape Condo! The place was wonderful and the location was perfect for all of us! The owners have really taken care of the place and the amenities are gorgeous! We have stayed at a few units in this complex and this is by far one of our favorites!

My family just returned from our stay at this villa. We had a wonderful time. We found the villa to be very spacious and clean for our family. We have 3 children and the bedroom set-up was just perfect. They especially enjoyed the flatscreen televisions in each of their rooms. The pool is just a few steps away from the back deck and provided fun during the hot afternoons. The beach is only a short walk and uncrowded and clean. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. It is well maintained and centrally located to many family friendly activities.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Hilton Head at @ Paul Miller's Seascape condo. We have been vactioning in Hilton Head about 6 years and this was my favorite condo. It truely is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and except when you cross the street, it is all in the shade. My 81 year old mother had no problem with the walk. The kitchen has been updated and is nicely equipped. It would have been nice if the Kitchen was more open, but still very nice. Great cabinet space too! Plenty of seating in the living area and the dining room table is quite large with seating for eight. Flat screen TVs in living and all bedrooms. My mother's only complaint was that you had to go upstairs to the bathroom. Bedrooms on the second floor were very nice with good closet and drawer space. (they even had lots of hangers!). The bathroom on the second level was nicely remodeled but could use a shower caddy to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Thee washer and dreyer are in that bathroom and were small but adequate. The master bedroom and bath were awsome. (both very large) Two sinks in the master bath were nice. Beds in all the bedrooms were comfortable. The deck off the master is very nice. I sat outside quite a bit reading. The deck of the main level was quite small but did have a couple chairs and a nice gas grill. It would be nice if the deck could go out further and actually be bult around the tree. The pool was very close but not too close that you heard any noise. The keyless entry was extremly convenient. This probably one of the closest places to the beach that you can stay without paying the high beach front rate. I would and have recommend this unit to to friends and family. Thanks Paul for making our vacation enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this very well equipped condo. The updates are wonderful and you will not want for anything, maybe other than having the beach at your back steps.....the owners are awesome to deal with and very accommodating. What do you get when 6 high school girlfriends get together in a beautiful villa for a long weekend on Hilton Head Island? You get lots of laughter, great memories, fun shopping and a weekend to remember. Our stay at the Miller's villa in Seascape was wonderful. The accomodations are first rate with the latest in electronics, free phone with long distance, DVD players, stereo. The villa is equipped with everything you need to start your vacation. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are just right for a great night's sleep after a busy day at the beach. The bathrooms were roomy. The villa has 2 balconies - 1 on the main level and 1 on the third floor with beautiful views. Just steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach on a great paved walkway using the beach buggy provided to carry everything you need. We are already planning our next "weekend" and will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family. The Miller's were so accomodating regarding check-in, parking passes and check-out. We couldn't not have asked for a better experience.
