Three Amigos - The Family Friendly Door County Cottage on Sand Bay Point!
Room for the whole family in one rental! Located on Sand Bay Point (mailing address is Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin) in gorgeous Door County! Only steps from the waters of Green Bay; 10 minutes from the Airport, Potawatomi State Park, Idlewild Golf Course, and historic downtown Sturgeon Bay. There are two public SAND beaches within walking/biking distance.
Main cottage includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. Open concept living/dining room area with a full-size dining table which will seat 10. Full-size bathroom includes a tub/shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Washer and dryer are in the utility area. Also includes Culligan soft water.
There is also a separate bunk house with two sets of bunk beds, TV, VCR and game table. Sleeps a minimum of eight. Great for kids or adults.

Off Season ... Sep-May .. $700/week, plus tax. Additional $50 per pet/week.
Deposit ($200) must be received within 5 days of booking.
Minimum age for renters is 25. $100 extra per stay for use of the bunkhouse.
PETS ARE ALLOWED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50/WEEK & DEPOSIT.

Sue Shortall & Lori Flick are the Broker/Owners of Door Real Estate, llc in Sturgeon Bay. We were called on a listing appointment to go look at the property. We pulled into the driveway and fell in love! We looked at each other and decided right there on the spot that we were going to purchase the cottage! The rest, as they say, is history!!

The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Walking, bike riding, campfires and the family friendly area is what drew us to the property. Very quaint with an "up north" feel to it. Sand Bay & Rileys Bay are famous for great fishing, boating & various water sports. Golfing nearby at Idlewild Golf Course, only minutes away- as well as hiking, biking & swimming at Potawatomi State Park. Located 7 minutes south of Sturgeon Bay on Sand Bay Point, it's a quick drive "into town", providing you with movie theaters, bowling, Saturday morning Farmer's Market, tasty restaurants and shopping, shopping, shopping! Great for all seasons and many more reasons!

Had a wonderful two nights in the Three Amigos and we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The cottage is very nicely set up with everything you might need and is spotlessly clean. The location is great-just a short drive from restaurants, grocery shopping and downtown (if you have a NAV and don't get lost like we did). When we foolishly locked ourselves out someone was there within 15 minutes to let us in. A perfect weekend with good friends and we would love to return another time.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
