This recently restored apartment is on the second floor in a 800' palace with an elevator, in the town center. Luxury original details and modern facilities give to the ambiances full comfort: enjoy oriental rugs, terra-cotta floor and antique furniture together with television, fast Internet access, air conditioning, and single heating.

Wide sound-proof windows create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. King-size bedroom is typically painted in Florentine antique colors with light blue which give the apartment its precious name of ZAFFIRO. A stylish kitchenette is framed under an original cotto arch and has comfortable equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer, stove, and cutlery. A small courtyard is provided with laundry room: washing machine and iron are for free use. Bedroom and bathroom linen are supplied every week or on request with extra charge.

                        Margarita, de paso en esta bella ciudad quieran expresad a Ud. su admiraciòn por este magnìfico lugar que non ha permitido pasar de dos muy tranquilas noches de descanso. Todo aqui trae recuerdos de mi infancia... Tengo 95 años, aqui estan commigo los cinco hijos. Quiero destacar la antigua màquina de coser, el devanador de lana (que miles de veces usé junto con mi madre) enfin todo es bello. Vivimos en Coquimbo, puerto de CHILE en Sud America! C'est tout!                         "L'appartement est très bien situé, toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied,la gare est très proche pour aller visiter Pise ou Siene ou d'autres villes. Si vous venez en voiture, il y a un garage très correct dans la via Ognissanti près des "carabinieri". L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Merci à Margherita pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, elle nous avait même prévu quelques aliments pour préparer notre repas pour le premier soir. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille et nous gardons cette adresse si nous devons revenir à Florence."

                        We were in the Diamante for almost 2 weeks during the summer 2009. It was spacious for two adults and teenegers. The mezzanine and the two bathrooms were appreciated. We had great time in Firenze and the appartment was really well situated for train and visits.

                        Margherita Cardillo: Hi there! Im Karina from Tampico, Mexico. We met in summer 2007 with my friends, we rented the Glada Appartment in Florence.(Via del porcellana).. The appartment was great and im still thankful.. Now a friend of mine is going to Florence on April 2010 and im helping her with the booking... because i know that it needs to book in advance.                         I've stayed in the Florentia Apartments twice now and have enjoyed my stay on both occasions. The apartments are in a great location, for a good price. The apartments are all very well furnished & equipped. Margherita was very helpful with information before we arrived, and arranging to have us met at a time that suited us. If I had one gripe, it would be that one apartment key for 5-6 people is a hassle. However, I love these apartments and would stay here again.

                        Gentile Margherita,siamo rimaste molto contente di tutto per la Sua gentilezza e per l'appartamento che ci ha offerto ogni comfort. Inoltre grazie anche per la musica che ci ha dato, stereo e cassette; abbiamo potuto ascoltare insieme ad un amico un brano che avevamo composto intitolato "Oceano", ci ha chiesto se poteva ascoltarlo ed é stato possibile grazie al Suo stereo! Al prossimo ritorno a Firenze, speriamo di trovare disponibile Rubino, che é anche molto bello. Adesso stiamo continuando la visita di alcuni Parchi Faunistici dopo il Parco dell'Abatino di Poggio San Lorenzo, andremo al Parco Zoom di Cumiana (Torino) e Parco Le Cornelle di Valbermo (Bergamo) poi ci sarà la Stagione Teatrale del Teatro Everest di Firenze, nel suo web site abbiamo trovato un programma interessante e chissà forse torneremo a Firenze.Un caro salutoAnna & Maria Sciacca"Il Giornale" di Boves
