Each bedroom has its own king-size bed, bathroom and beachfront balcony. The other two bedrooms have twin beds with trundles.
The first floor is perfectly designed for cooking, lounging, dining, and entertaining with breathtaking views from every room. Just outside is a huge deck overlooking the pool and ocean. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional cookware and Viking and Subzero appliances. Three separate eating areas include a dining room that seats ten, kitchen bar and breakfast room featuring a fireplace that seats six more. The ground floor features a private beachfront pool, eight person hot tub, and a large screen porch and grilling area, ice machine, bathroom, shower, and fish cleaning area.
