  This was a perfect location for access to the downtown area, as well as providing sleeping quarters for three adults (one of whom actually prefers a couch). Otherwise 2 is really the limit. The space is big and ample, including the kitchen. The yard is nice and even the next door dogs are happy to see us and friendly. That's about it!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  Amy & Larry were super hosts. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. There is a lot to do in Silver City and the area! We loved being able to walk downtown from the cottage to shop and/or eat. (Be sure to check out the Food Co-op downtown if you're going to do any cooking.) If we were ever going to be in that area again we would sure go back there to stay.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night hoiliday stay at the Bennett house. The owners are very warm, welcoming, and accomodating. The house is clean, comfortable, fully stoked will all the essentials and newly remodeled with attractive furnishings and accessories. We took full advantage of the outdoor patio area and enjoyed the game on the flat screen tv by the kiva fire place. The kids enjoyed jumping on the trampolene and running around the very spacious yard. The home is centrally located within walking distance to downtown and a neighborhood grocery store. We are so pleased to have found this home and will definitely return for all future visits to Silver City, NM. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  Wonderful vacation! Description and listing photos are accurate. Well maintained property that I have already recommended to friends and will return again next spring. Short walk to town, restaurants and groceries. Owners are absolutely fabulous.

  I relocated to Silver and stayed at Bennett Place when I first arrived for almost three weeks until I could find a place to lease and move into it. The condo is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The listing write-up is 100% accurate. The owners are friendly and helpful. They have a vision for the property, and it is fun to see it happening before your very eyes. I would stay there again and have already recommended it to my friends and relatives.

  I stayed a week at this property and really enjoyed it. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Lvrm kitchen, bdrm and bath were all very clean and comfy. The owners are great and very helpful. There's even gated, off-street parking. I would most definately stay here again and highly recommend it. The rates are fabulous. Downtown is a short walk and there's a full grocery store & DQ 1 block away. Can't beat it.

  Thank you for the wonderful place to relax & escape. You have great taste, your home is welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the music not only from the park, but from your backyard.

  I wish we were back at this house right now! What a perfect weekend we had! The house provided a wonderful and beautiful retreat for the 4 of us. We were close to everything.The house was clean, perfectly laid out, and way better than any hotel could ever be...STAY HERE!!!!! You won't be disappointed! We plan on staying here again very soon.
