We are celebrating 15 years at Sandhurst by rolling back prices to $10,975 per week, for any Non-Holiday Week in 2009 and 2010! We are thankful to have been able to share our home with thousands of families over the past 20 years on Captiva, with 15 of them being at Sandhurst. As a Thank You to YOU, we'd like to give everyone an opportunity to enjoy our home year-round at our Summer Rate!

The Guest House will accommodate 4 additional members of your party.
*Note* Sandhurst is zoned by Lee County for minimum 7 night rentals. Please do not ask us to make an exception for a less than one-week stay. No exception to the code can or will be made.

We loved hearing the owl at night, and early a.m. the boys went fishing with Matt and caught all kinds of fish. Matt was the best fishing guide, fisherman, chef and person!
