Vacation in tropical paradise at SunDancer - Captiva's finest luxury gulf-front home! Relax by the pool, play a game of Snooker, or simply enjoy the Gulf of Mexico beach right outside of your front door.
SunDancer is perfect for family gatherings, corporate retreats, small weddings (less than 20 people) or romantic getaways.
SunDancer will sleep 12 in beds and 15 in total.
This 3-story gulf-front home is beautifully furnished and is one of our most requested properties. The main level features the formal living room with its beautiful seating area, a gas fireplace, entertainment system with zone control, television and dvd player.
The bar services the living and dining room. It has a Scotsman ice maker, wine captain, and all of the accoutrements required to entertain your family and friends in style.
The dining room is a perfect place to enjoy any meal, although most guests love to dine outside on the screened lanai and be even closer to the water.
The eat-in kitchen seats 4 comfortably, and also has gulf views to no end. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, Ceramabrite stove top with down-draft ventilation system, double wall ovens, dishwasher and walk-in pantry. There is also a laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer, utility sink, ironing board, iron and ample storage for beach towels.
The screened lanai runs the length of the main level of the house. It has a couch, side chairs for 4, an outdoor dining table that seats 6 comfortably, and an electric Jenn-Air grill. A charcoal grill is available at the pool deck level for those seeking an 'authentic' grilling experience!
A beautiful powder room with a hand-painted sink is located just off of the formal living area.
There are 2 Junior Master Suites on the Main Level. Both bedrooms have a King bed and en-suite baths.
A quick elevator ride upstairs takes you to the top level, with the Master Suite, den, Queen guest bedroom and a guest room with 2 Twin beds.
The Master Suite is spacious and elegant. It has a King bed, seating area for 2, tv/dvd, and a luxurious Master bathroom with dual vanities, built-in cabinetry, a jacuzzi tub, open-air shower and water closet with bidet and a TOTO Jasmine washlet toilet with LED Remote Control. The bedroom has access to the open-air balcony, which is shared with the den and Queen guest bedroom.
The Den is adjacent to the Master Suite. It has an oversized, beautiful leather couch that opens up to a Queen sleeper, and built-in cabinetry with a desk and computer/fax available for your use. There is a small walk-in closet as well. The complimentary crib is often placed in this room. The den has access to the open-air balcony.
Next to the Den is the Queen guest bedroom. It has gulf views, a tv with dvd player, built-in closet and a single vanity area. It shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that has a toilet and shower with the Twin Guest Bedroom.

An elevator ride to the ground level brings you to the Family Room with its competition level Snooker Table. If you aren't up on your Snooker rules, we provide a set of standard billiard balls so that you can enjoy a regular game of pool. There is a flat panel tv, Tommy Bahama gaming table for 4, as well as a Kitchenette with refrigerator to make refreshments to serve poolside.
Just off of the family room is the Nanny's room with its Queen bed and French doors that lead to the pool. There is bathroom with shower between the Family Room and Nanny's room, and also a laundry room with front-load washer/dryer.
The outdoor pool is heated, and it has a table countersunk into it at water level so that you can have a seat along the ledge and enjoy a drink or read a book. The jacuzzi is heated year round, and is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of doing the Captiva Crouch looking for shells on our beach.
SunDancer has electric storm shutters. With the touch of a button you can close off the lanai to any inclement weather, or sleep in late in the master or Queen bedroom by drawing them down. But, who would want to hide the gulf view?!
SunDancer is less than 1 mile to the Village shops and restaurants, post office and galleries.
*Note* SunDancer is zoned by Lee County for MINIMUM 7 NIGHT RENTALS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not ask us to make an exception for a less than one-week stay. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
