This is an exceptionally clean and bright fully furnished townhome in an age restricted community. There is a wonderful view from the front patio and sunsets are beautiful from the rear patio. This home is centrally located and close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. There are many golf courses near by. There is optional access to Green Valley Recreation Association with 12 recreation centers with a pool steps away. In addition to all the sporting activities the GVR (Green Valley Rec.) provides use of woodworking shop, lapidary, photo club, and many classes are available for reasonable fees.
The master bedroom (very roomy)features a queen size bed with reading lamps, two large closets, cable T.V, a piano, and private bath. The guest bedroom doubles as an office with a murphy bed, shelves of books, desk set up for computer space with a file cabinet.
The Great Room has comfortable couches, a recliner chair, cable TV. with VCR, DVD and a stereo receiver and tape deck with CD player. The TV is visible from the living room and dining room.
The dining area is an "L" shaped extension to this room and is adjacent to the kitchen, which is equipped with new microwave, new refrigerator with ice/water dispenser on door, electric stove and dishwasher.
The front patio has a nice view of the mountains. It has a rocking double chair, 2 matching chairs, and a chaise lounge. The back patio is very private and has a round table/4
chairs, 2 chairs, and a gas/charcoal grill.
Up a few stairs there is a walking path that has wide open spaces. This path takes you to another Recreation Centers as well as paths.
