This 1800 square-foot, recently built, fully furnished southwestern styled house is a great place to relax, work or entertain. There are ceiling fans and skylights throughout. Enjoy our backyard in the built-in patio with table & chairs and natural gas grill.
The master bedroom is a retreat in itself with a Kiva style fireplace, satellite TV and a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom is set up as an office with a small sofa bed. There is a jack and Jill bathroom connecting the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and central hallway.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes coffee maker, toaster, blender and a great array of cooking and eating utensils. There is seating for 6 at the dining table as well as 3 more at the counter.
This home is conveniently located in the Elks Club area in North Las Cruces. There are many nearby shopping and restaurants within a 5-minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Many day trips are within an hours hours drive of so many attractions such as White Sands (60 miles), El Paso & Juarez (50 miles), Cloudcroft (85 miles), Ruidoso (115 miles) and Silver City (115 miles). Commuting is very easy from this location as it's located near two freeways, making trips very easy; White Sands, Alamogordo, El Paso and Juarez are within an easy commute.

We visit Las Cruces often since we have many relatives there and we eventually plan to retire there.

We enjoy the wonderful restaurants in Las Cruces the most and we really like exploring all of the great places to visit in southern New Mexico such as Cloudcroft, Ruidoso, Silver City and the Gila National Forrest.
