Relax at the beach in style in this beautiful West Indies inspired home featuring cool white stucco accented with dark woods. Inside is loaded with wonderful design details including high ceilings, custom tile and wood floors, and deep covered balconies front and rear. Its location just off Rosemary Beach’s Towne Center makes it both private and fabulously convenient. Plentiful shops and restaurants line the architecturally stunning square, and those famous emerald gulf waters lie just beyond.

The home’s three bedrooms are on the first floor and open to a center hall foyer, which houses a centrally located laundry area. The queen bedroom has a private bath with jetted tub. Two additional bedrooms – a twin with trundle unit and a full bed – share a hall bath with a combination tub/shower and single vanity.

The second floor living area offers covered balcony access front and rear, which keep the full sun at bay and provide a relaxing setting for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails above the village rooftops. The combination living/dining area is comfortably furnished with sofa and oversized chair, dining table for 8, and armoire housing a 27” TV. High ceilings, pale wood floors, multiple French doors and an abundance of windows combine to infuse these rooms with natural light. The designer kitchen has custom cabinets and stainless appliance, including a 4-burner dual fuel range/oven. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.

The third floor houses a multipurpose room furnished with sofa sleeper and loveseat, 20” TV and stereo system. Sun balconies front and rear offer rooftop views of the scenic town below. Outdoors, a spacious patio with dining table borders a small lawn, and a picturesque outdoor shower is tucked under Carolina Jessamine-covered arbor.

Guests of Rosemary Beach enjoy amenities including access to community pools, tennis courts for a fee, and Playground Park. Merchants include a coffee shop, restaurants ranging from casual to upscale, day spa, specialty boutiques, beach service and sundries and onsite bicycle rental company.
