The mini-suite has a queen bed and double bed. Located In the River Creek II section, you will look out your window across the Dan Maples 18, the Calabash Creek, the Rees Jones number 4 and an see incredible display of wildlife.Three golf courses are located at the resort. There are an additional 35 golf courses within a 1 to 15 minute drive. There are three championship golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones) on site, plus another 30 courses within a 15 minute drive. The condo is located about ten miles north of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and 50 miles south of Wilmington, North Carolina. There are 2 club houses, restaurants and cocktail lounges on the property.The beach gradient is gradual and the surface is fine sand. Walk, jog or bike on the number one rated beach in N.C.Sea Trail Plantation is located one mile from the beach. There are three parking lots at the beach, two are free and one is exclusively for resort guests.Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. The Grand Strand area hosts numerous "Live Entertainment Theaters" featuring shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice skating and spectacular "Western" shows. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area has already become known as "the Branson of the South." The climate is always pleasant. Temperatures range from an average low of 54 in January, to a high of 82 in July.
Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls, utilities, and local dial up are included in our rates. Use of the Sea Trail Resort Village Activity Center (Pools, hot tubs) are included.
Sunset Beach is a small barrier island located at the southeast corner of North Carolina. To reach the island you pass from the mainland over one of the last pontoon swing bridges operating in our state. Sunset Beach is truly a quiet family beach. It boasts one of the widest and cleanest beach strands on the east coast.
Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00 pm Saturday. Check out is 10:00 am Saturday. Call or email us for other arrangements.
