From the moment you enter the gate, you are in your own private lake compound. This property has 3 separate homes and provides endless opportunities for recreational activities or relaxation. Meticulous attention to detail has created unique character & ambiance throughout the property. Special features include rough hewn cedar, knotty pine walls & built-ins, open rafters, cowhide covered chairs, American Indian rugs & pottery and slate kitchen countertops.
The main house has 3 bedrooms & 2½ baths. The fully stocked kitchen features Viking professional appliances which include a stainless steel serving buffet, a six burner gas cook top, convection oven & refrigerator with ice maker. This home features an open floor plan which encompasses the massive stone fireplace, large comfortable couches and the cedar plank dining room table which seats 20.
Both the master bedroom and the living room are equipped with satellite TV. There is a screen enclosed breezeway with additional seating and bar. The covered porch spans the length of the home and offers breathtaking, panoramic views of Lake Travis. This home also features a Yamaha Clarinova electric piano. This home sleeps 8.
Located between the main home and the 2nd home, is a secluded courtyard featuring a six person hot tub that was installed new in 2008. There is also stereo surround sound for the ultimate experience.
The second home is steps away from the main home and has a kitchenette with breakfast bar that seats 4, a living and bedroom area & full bath. The covered porch features seating, BBQ grill and stunning views of Lake Travis. This home is equipped with satellite TV and sleeps 4.
The third home is actually two (2) separate living quarters. Each unit has a full bath and walk-in closet. This home offers a large deck with tables, BBQ grills and spectacular views of the lake. Each unit of this home sleeps 8 and has its own TV & satellite receiver.
One of the most magnificent features of this compound is the inviting Outdoor Living Space. Relax on the porch with majestic views of Lake Travis, enjoy a game of horseshoes, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, have a private conversation at one of the seating areas. After the sun sets, the courtyard with its special landscaped lighting transforms into an intimate and alluring atmosphere. With its large, mature trees, this area is the perfect setting for weddings, receptions, and all types of outdoor gatherings. It provides a private sanctuary amidst the beauty of nature, thus creating your personal stunning retreat.
The property is located on a very deep cove so there is lots of deep water. It has a 1400 square foot boat dock with electric Hydro hoist and a ramp that will accommodate 3 personal water crafts with electric lift. This dock is 55 ft deep and will accommodate a 30' boat. It also features an ice maker, stereo and refrigerator.

We were a large group - 8 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from infant to 6yrs. Stayed here for 3 days on New Years Eve 2011. All of us agreed that this was one of the best vacations ever! The place was very well equipped, but the best part was the location and the outdoors. We made good use of the fire pit and the kids had an absolute blast playing all day in the lovely yard. You just need to have some adult supervision with smaller kids since there are some steep steps leading down to the water. I would highly recommend this place to all large groups with kids. I know, its over six months since we were here, it seems like yesterday though ;-)
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed here last summer with about 20 people from work. The house is amazing. The kitchen is fantastic. Sitting areas outside were perfect for summer nights and mornings. The water level was super low but that was to be expected during a drought. I would love to come back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The is really a great get away. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and cutlery. you only need to bring the food. The only downside is that the lake is low due to draught, but we still were able to get on the water. I will come back.

This place was wonderful and spacious with the best kitchen I've ever used. They have a fully stocked set of kitchen appliances and cookware that is top notch, so you don't need to bring anything. Great views, great outdoor space, no complains whatsever. The description was accurate, except you'd either be camping outside or sleeping on the floor to really sleep up to 50, but it will sleep a lot. It could sleep 14 with everyone having a comfy place to sleep, easily. It was kind of hard to find at 11pm at night, so know where you're going ahead of time, especially at night.
