"Little Sandy" brings families returning year after year. Perfect for weddings, parties, corporate meetings, with lots of living area, large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 huge dining tables that can seat a total of 24 people. Little Sandy is your oasis with a private pool surrounded by palm trees, wood burning fireplace, large gas grill, and lots of space for your guests to move around. This pool can be heated in the off season months for a fee. Each bedroom's decor will dazzle you with upscale décor and furnishings. The panoramic Gulf view from the 4th floor deck and Casino Room, complete with a bar, and gaming table, is nothing short of spectacular.
Once parked at Little Sandy you can walk to the beach, the Red Bar, D & K’s Restaurant and the shops at Grayton Beach. The best sunsets on the Emerald Coast can be viewed from all the decks that face the gulf. Hop on the bike trail on Scenic 30A, you are less than 2 miles from Watercolor and Seaside. TVs w/DVDs, a large fire place, and jetted tubs, high speed internet are just a few amenities to mention for this home so centrally located in well known old Grayton Beach. In Sandestin, the Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall is the largest of its kind in the country. Grand Boulevard also in Sandestin offers upscale dining and specialty shops. Golf, the nearby town of Seaside, Rosemary Beach town center, local restaurants, and unique shops are all on Scenic 30A. Most of the local restaurants feature fresh seafood caught in the Gulf of Mexico. Goatfeathers has 2 locations on 30A that have dining and a retail fresh fish market. Panama City Beach has a new entertainment center that has a movie theater, famous restaurants, and department stores, all amid a tropical setting. Hombre Golf course and Bay Pointe are open to the public.
