Talk with family and friends while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the well equipped kitchen. Sit at the breakfast bar and indulge yourself with all the goodies you bought.
Unwind from a day in the sun in the secluded 2nd floor master suite with a king sized bed, sitting area, and two walk-in closets. Enjoy a leisurely soak in the master bath garden tub after a great day on the white sands. Enjoy the natural setting while lounging in the hammock on the screened porch off the 2nd floor master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The third bedroom has a full trundle with a twin on top. A private bath for this bedroom opens to the hallway.
An outside shower for washing sand off before going in to the house is a handy convenience. Enjoy riding the bikes, which are provided for a short trip to the beach. There is a garage, 4 bicycles, a beach umbrella and chairs for you to take to the beach.One of the neighborhood pools is right outside your front door. Tennis courts are available for you to play with your friends and family. Conveniently located only one mile east of Seaside where there are lots of shops, restaurants, an old fashioned grocery market, a wine bar, book store and much much more. Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is open to the public and has a dining room that faces the gulf. Sunday brunch is a must here! Going west out of Grove by the Sea to Sandestin you will enjoy shopping at Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, the largest of its kind in the country. Grand Boulevard offers several restaurants that will satisfy all appetites and the Chic boutiques will attract the ladies. Heading east on Scenic 30A to Panama City Beach there is a new entertainment center with great places to shop and dine. For those rare rainy days catch a movie at the Grand Theatre.
