Our little piece of paradise is located the heart of Playa del Coco in beautiful Costa Rica. We are three blocks from the beach and a short walk or drive to downtown Coco. Our little condo complex has two ranchos, two pools and a small park for the kids to play.
Our main floor condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There's a patio front and back, a gas and a charcoal bbq, two full baths with showers and an ensuite washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds that will split into twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and its own tv.
The living/dining area has a couch that pulls out to a queensize bed, a flatscreen tv, dvd player, cd player and wireless internet. The main living area and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit with ceiling fans - and the windows are screened to allow you to enjoy the tropical breezes.

Monthly rates are available upon request. A deposit of 50% is
required at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days before
arrival. A cash deposit of $500 will be required at check-in and
will be refunded at the discretion of the manager.
Not available for Christmas/New Year week.
