Our little piece of paradise is located the heart of Playa del Coco in beautiful Costa Rica. We are three blocks from the beach and a short walk or drive to downtown Coco. Our little condo complex has two ranchos, two pools and a small park for the kids to play.
Our main floor condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There's a patio front and back, a gas and a charcoal bbq, two full baths with showers and an ensuite washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds that will split into twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and its own tv.
The living/dining area has a couch that pulls out to a queensize bed, a flatscreen tv, dvd player, cd player and wireless internet. The main living area and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit with ceiling fans - and the windows are screened to allow you to enjoy the tropical breezes.

We went to Costa Rica for our honeymoon in April 2011 and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean, well taken care of, in a pleasant location, and was overall a very smooth "transaction." We had a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to town. We felt very safe (there are securtiy guards around the whole community) and were able to experience real Costa Rica by not staying at a cookie cutter hotel. There are lots of activities in the area, mostly water activities, but aren't too far away from the real wet rainforest (2-3 hours). We were also able to see a lot of the beaches around Coco by walking, jet ski, and boat. All in all, we are thrilled with everything and would come back in the future! Thank you TIm and Gertie!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
