Why the Owner Chose Swanton
A family member purchased this home when it was brand new. After staying in their home as guests a number of times, we just fell in love with the Deep Creek Lake area. As we began looking for an investment property in the area for ourselves, we recalled saying that, "...we want a house exactly like Midnight Dip..." Fortunately for us, the house became available and we jumped on the opportunity.

Midnight Dip is owned by close friends and neighbors, the Petrolle family and the Witmer family of Damascus, Maryland. The house easily accomodates our two families of four adults and six children easily, comfortably and in luxury. The pool, hot tub and unbelievable choices of amenities in the community and the DCL area as a whole provide for unending entertainment for the whole family. We love every chance we get to spend time at our vacation home and we work hard to make it enjoyable for all of our guests.
