This condo is a beautiful, clean,comfortable and very accommodating. Ivan responded quickly to emails and any questions I had. Close to shopping, restaurants and is approx 25 to 35 min from the strip. This condo was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend. I would not hesitate to book this condo! We will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The house is very nice,contemporary,tastefully furnished and well maintained.Sights and atmosphere were great.They have Excellent Club House over looking Lake Las Vegas.The swimming pool is very clean and kids friendly.The location is brilliant. Ivan were super kind and really accommodating to all our needs.He is vey considerate too.It's really nice to deal with Ivan.Very professional. We would definetly stay here again.Highly recommended to everyone!

We stayed over the weekend and had one of the best vacations we had. We are locals so the cost were minimal. The condo/villa itself was very nice, clean and updated. The rooms were great and there were plenty of space for everyone. The best thing about it was the view!! It sits on top of a hill so the views are breathtaking. We also spent a lot of time at the clubhouse and enjoyed that tremendously. The kids loved the heated pool, the game room and just about everything else. My only complaint is that I wished there were at least two key cards instead of one. But overall is it was great and we will comeback again in the spring. Thanks Ivan!!

Nice location and development

I stayed at this condo for a long weekend with my two sons and their wives. The drive to the strip was very easy and it was nice to be away from the strip. The proximity to Lake Mead was great. We had the best of both worlds. A great nightlife and a great place to hike. The condo was very nice but it was not very clean. One of the beds had dirty sheets. The carpets are very dirty and stained. It just looks like it needs some better cleaning people and upkeep.

Owner response:This was the first negative review and response that we have had from anyone who has stayed at our property. The vast majority of our guests love the condition of our unit and have had no issues with the cleanliness of our unit. Additionally, we always have a spare set of sheets at the unit for those that need them. Finally, our cleaning staff is very responsive to issues that need addressing during the stay. That being said, we did note some stains on one of our carpets and have had professional carpet cleaners in to remove them. We also ask that all our guests remove their shoes when walking on the carpeted area. Again, the review by this particular guest was not reflective of how most people respond when they arrive at our unit, as all our positive reviews can attest. Furthermore, we are very responsive to suggestions that our guests may have during their stay. We still have the utmost confidence in promoting our home as a beautiful and upscale getaway in Lake Las Vegas.

Our Lake Las Vegas Vacation

My husband and I stayed this condo in April 2011. The place is tastefully furnished, very clean and the view of Lake Las Vegas and the village is exceptional. The community exercise facility and the pool are great.The condo has all the amenities and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. All in all, we had a great vacation and will certainly stay in this condo again when we visit Las Vegas area.

Relaxation supreme!!

We had such a wonderful time in this condo. I came from Ohio for a conference on the Strip, but also used this as an opportunity to meet up with siblings in Wyoming, California and Arizona. There was plenty of space for everyone and had one little one in the mix. This space, the well appointed kitchen that made it easy for us to have meals there, the club house with the outdoor fireplace & grill and multiple pools made it all so enjoyable. The views from both the condo and the pool were spectacular! With my neice only being 18 months, the 2 shallow pools helped us relax. The hot tub is tucked away below pool level and is part of it is under cover. Really beautiful spot at night. Since my family and I are more interested in nature than gambling, this spot was perfect for us. We made several trips to Lake Meade and if time permitted, we could've taken a boat trip to Hoover Dam. There is a great little area a couple of miles away with shops and restaurants that we really enjoyed, too. Driving to the Strip, took only about 20 minutes and was an easy drive. Would definately stay here again! Thanks, Ivan for providing such a nice retreat!!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This is a very nice villa with plenty of room for 8 people. From the decor to the view, everything is as perfect as expected. The community pool is fabulous and our kids had countless hours in the spa. We enjoyed it so much that we will be using it again this month. Thanks again Ivan!

Great Getaway

We went and had a great time. We were two couples going to do some golf and relaxation off the strip. We arrived and the unit was exactly like the pictures. We cooked at the house every night and enjoyed everything. We just wish we had more days there. The place was spotless. Ivan was a great help!! We will be back again without question.

The BEST vacation home!!

I travelled to Vegas with my parents and my 3 year old daughter. We really wanted to stay away from the strip noise in a quiet and peaceful area and this place did it. This house offered a lot more than what we expected. Great house with very very nice furniture, well eqipped kitchen. We cooked every meal while we were there. I couldn't belive we even had fun cooking. The kitchen has everything we needed and more including wine cellar. The club house is great and the pool area is just awesome. My daughter loved it. My parents think we had a good time just because we stayed at this place. The Lake Las Vegas community is very nice and quiet and upscale. It is about 15-20min from the strip and about 10min to Lake Mead and Hoover dam. We rented boats in Lake Mead and it was more fun than loosing money on the strip (IMO). I would love to go back and stay at this house again. This is my first time renting a house instead of hotel and I loved it. Ivan is a true pleasure to work with.

Our family had such wonderful time spending the holiday in this villa. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. The amenities were very impressive. We stayed in the beautiful apartment at the end of July. Although the heat outside was scorching, inside it was comfortable with the airco working well, allowing the kids and us to enjoy the luxury inside! The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, truly well equipped with quality appliances, Wifi, and good furniture. Also the pool and gym are excellent and a welcome break from the excitement of Vegas. From there it is easy to reach Death Valley, a fascinating trip and the gorgeous Grand Canyon of course!

Oh my! Sometimes pictures can be misleadingly charming, but this very well designed and decorated condominium exceeds expectations. The clubhouse, pools, grill area, and fitness center are fabulous amenities. Highly recommend (except when we want to return there, as we will)!

My fiance and I were visiting Lake Las Vegas with our families to prepare for our upcoming wedding. Our whole family stayed together in this beautifully decorated and spacious condo with gorgeous views of the Lake and surrounding areas in addition to a great view of the golf course. We felt right at home and everyone staying with us commented on what a comfortable, cozy place it was and how wonderful the pool area was with the lounges, multiple pools and fireplaces. Ivan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. There was plenty of room for our group of friends which included 3 couples, a newborn and a small dog. The pool and outdoor kitchen facilities were lavish and made our stay much more relaxing.

We REALLY enjoyed the atmosphere and location, away from the hectic lifestyle of the strip and close to Lake Meade and all it has to offer. Easy driving. Upscale, clean, great communication with owner, lovely grounds, environment. I cannot think of any person/group that would not enjoy this property! If we make it to Vegas again, we will look you up.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this unit in Lake Las Vegas. Upscale, attractively furnished, nice fresh bathrooms for guests and sumptuous master bath in master bedroom. Very clean. Great kitchen. Fantastic views from fabulous full width of unit balcony. Tough to beat, highly recommended.
