If you love waking up to fresh powder, a 2 minute shuttle ride from the slopes, this is the place is for you! Located at 7500’ elevation this townhouse is a short walk to Heavenly’s Stagecoach lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly or take the free ski shuttle to Stagecoach or Boulder lifts. Store your skis/boards in the secure outdoor ski locker and hit the village hot tub when you’re done.

Whether kayaking the shoreline, jet skiing in the lake, or cycling the mountain passes- summertime in Tahoe is an outdoor lover's paradise. Spend your days hiking and biking the Tahoe Rim Trail, then take an afternoon dip in crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe. For the road cycling enthusiast the townhouse is located atop the famous Daggett Summit of Kingsbury Grade, at over 7300', this paved mountain pass is a challenge for even the most seasoned cyclist.
Come nightfall, enjoy the fabulous local restaurants or prepare your own meal on the outdoor grill or in the gourmet kitchen.
The townhouse is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus an additional sleeping loft. It has a gourmet kitchen with Corian counters, fully stocked with all the pots, pans and spices needed for your apres-ski feast. Warm your feet by the fire and laugh over the day’s escapades as you and your friends cook dinner in the open floor plan main level. The spacious loft overlooks the living room and has a Queen size futon plus an additional sectional sofa for sleeping. The loft makes a great hang out room with plenty of seating for everyone. Because of the height of the loft, the loft is not appropriate for toddlers.
The bedrooms are large and spread out over two floors for privacy. The master has a Queen Bed, private balcony, full closet and attached master bath with a huge stone shower and heated floors. The yellow bedroom has a Queen bed, private balcony, full closet, cable television and sink. The bunkbed room has a modern bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. It also has a full closet, television, Playstation 2 with games, and a desk and printer.
The townhouse is located on top of Kingsbury Grade, off of Tramway Drive, on Olympic Court in Stateline, NV. It is only 2-3 minutes from Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge and chairlift, and hiking and mountain biking on the Tahoe Rim Trail; and only 5 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and all the action of the Stateline Casinos. Take a taxi to the lake and casinos or try the environmentally friendly BlueGo shuttle.

Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We chose this spot because it is close to chairlifts and trails(skiing/boarding and hiking/biking) yet far enough away not to hear the snowmaking machines. It is on the free ski shuttle route, there are only a few steps to the entrance and the parking is ample and close.
You can go hiking and biking right from your door, yet you're only an 8 minute drive from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the hustle and bustle of the Stateline casinos.

The townhouse sleeps 9, yet has 3 private bedrooms, and a separate loft area so you can spend your vacation with family and friends and not feel crowded. We love the townhouse because its huge, modern, and luxurious. There are 4 different decks, 3 different bedrooms and a huge loft.
The townhouse has a gourmet kitchen with Corian counters and completely remodeled bathrooms. The main floor has hardwood, and all the bedroom levels have new carpeting. There's a washer/dryer inside and a ski and board locker on the front deck. The townhouse also has free wireless, a woodburning fireplace, and a propane BBQ.

We love to play outside: hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain and road biking,kayaking, trail running, disc golf, etc. etc.... and Tahoe has the best of it all. The townhouse has been fully remodeled and set up as the kind of place we want to stay on a vacation, complete with heated floors in the Master Bath and private balconies with mountain views.
