Located at 7500 feet elevation the townhouse is a short walk or a free shuttle ride to Heavenly’s Stagecoach and Boulder chairlifts! Ski or board on Heavenly's gorgeous groomers, bump runs and endless powder stashes, then store your gear in our secure outdoor ski locker and hit the hot tub!
Lake Tahoe is an outdoor lover's paradise! Spend your days hiking and mountain biking on the Tahoe Rim trail then take an afternoon dip in the village pool or hot tub - all just steps from your townhouse door.
Enjoy relaxing on any of our 4 private decks while soaking in the amazing mountain views. Host a barbecue on your outdoor grill or cook up a feast in your gourmet kitchen, then hang with your friends and family as you warm your feet beside the fireplace!
The Space
Our townhouse is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus an additional sleeping loft and free high speed wireless internet throughout. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and spices needed for your apres-ski feast. Relax around the fireplace as you and your friends cook dinner and laugh over the day’s escapades in the open floor plan main level. The spacious loft overlooks the main living room and and with a Queen size futon, sectional couch and large closet, can be used as a second living area or an additional bedroom.
The 3 other bedrooms are large and spread out over two floors for privacy. The master bedroom sports a Queen bed, private balcony and large closet plus an attached Master Bath with heated floors and a huge stone shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, private balcony, large closet, Cable TV and ensuite sink. The bunkbed room has a modern bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. It also has a full closet, Cable TV, Playstation 2 with games, and a desk and printer.
For the road cycling enthusiast the townhouse is located atop the famous Daggett Summit of Kingsbury Grade, at over 7300', this paved mountain pass is a challenge for even the most seasoned rider.

I am 25 years old and stayed here for a long weekend and skied the mountains at Heavenly Resort and had a blast. It was exactly what we were looking for with a great kitchen, plenty of sleeping spaces, and a stones throw from the Stagecoach Lift. For the nightly price, you can't beat it! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Loved the place - stayed with 8 people, using all rooms + loft. Great to hang out on main floor - cook, eat, lounge. Super convenient to NV-side lifts (short drive to CA-side lifts). Fantastic location (short walk through the snow to Boulder lift), right on the shuttle route so easy to get to the village and back. Plenty of space, good beds and clean all round. Fully stocked kitchen to boot. Loved it!Owner response: Glad you enjoyed it Matt! It's also just a short walk (or a free shuttle ride) to the Stagecoach lift and the Tahoe Rim Trail.

About the owner: We love to play outside: hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain and road biking, kayaking, trail running and Tahoe has the best of it all! The townhouse was fully remodeled in 2008 and set up as the kind of place we want to stay on a vacation. Comfortable yet luxurious- the private balconies with amazing mountain views are the best place to enjoy your morning coffee. We love to cook and eat with friends so the open floor plan living and dining room suits us well. We hope you have a wonderful stay in the beautiful Tahoe area!
Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley:
We chose this spot because it is beautiful and convenient. It's close to chairlifts and trails yet far enough away not to hear the snow-making machines. The townhouse is on the free ski shuttle route and about 2 minutes to the slopes. There are only a few steps to the entrance and the parking is ample and close.
You can hike and bike right from the door, yet you're only an 8 minute drive (or an 8$ taxi ride) from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the nightlife of the Stateline casinos.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The townhouse sleeps 9 in 3 private bedrooms and a separate loft area. The multilevel layout means you can spend your vacation with family and friends yet still have privacy. The open floor plan living and dining area- makes cooking and relaxing with friends a joy. We love the property because its comfortable, modern, and luxurious and convenient- but mostly because of how we feel when we are there.
You can relax on any of the 4 private decks with amazing mountain views- any of which is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been fully remodeled . The main floor has hardwood floors, and all the bedroom levels and the loft have new carpeting. There is a washer/dryer inside and a private ski and board locker on the front deck. The house also has free wireless internet, a wood-burning fireplace, and a propane BBQ.
After a day of playing in the mountains- or just relaxing in them- don't miss a visit to the nearby hot tub or village pool- you deserve it!
