This is a large (2500 square feet) and luxurious condo. It includes 3BRs, 3 baths,a spacious and open living and fine dining area, a morning dinette adjacent to the kitchen, and a den/study/music room. The unit affords multiple amenities in one of the finest upscale condo complexes of the area. From this 5th floor perch you can enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Bay and Buccaneer Lagoon, as well as a sweeping overlook of the golf course with its ponds and tropical birds. The lanai provides a delightful view of the sunset in all seasons.
The fully-equipped, extra large kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops has everything you need to cook meals in style. This condo has an elegant dining room with table and six chairs. Breakfast room overlooks the fantastic views with an additional table and 4 chairs. Luxurious yet comfortable furnishings throughout, with interesting pieces of art, folk-art and sculpture in every room that will make you feel special while enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The Waterside at Bay Beach community has its own private fishing pier, just a two minute walk from your door. The condo's private storage unit provides fishing gear to catch the big one. Non-season visitors (May-Dec) will enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of Fort Myers Beach when reservations are not necessary for fine dining, beaches are virtually empty, the fish are jumping, and you'll probably have the pool and hot tub to yourself most of the time.
From this condo you can most easily access and enjoy nearby Naples, Sanibel/Captiva, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, with multiple restaurants, shopping, golf, beaches, and tropical activities. Or just relax and watch the spectacular sunsets, dolphins and manatees from your private, screened lanai.
Walk to the beach (access is less than half a mile, or check out one of Florida's top ten beaches - Lover's Key State Park beach nearby, just across the bridge).
