Beautiful, huge, clean, and green condo right next to Hoboken. The apartment covers the entire top floor of a Victorian home and sits on the Palisade Ridge overlooking Hoboken and Manhattan. See the Empire State Building from the Bedroom Window! Right down the street is a big park with a view of the entire city. Simply Stunning. Neighborhood is safe, diverse, and friendly. Door-to-Door commute from apartment to 32nd St and 6th Ave or Financial District in Manhattan is around 30 minutes during peak times. Public transport access into the city is perfectly safe and 24/7. It is also only 20 minutes to/from Newark Airport. Menus, Taxi Service numbers, and Public transportation schedules will be provided.
Here you have all the amenities of a real, comfortable, effortless home that is full of character and all the amenities of the city at a very affordable price. Kitchen, Bathroom and Living Room are all gigantic. The apartment is actually a One Bedroom Plus, and the extra space is a massive walk-in closet/boudoir. Gorgeous!
In addition to a single person or couple, with an optional air mattress in the living room, either two couples or a small family can easily share the apartment. And of course, the family pet.
Other features include:
Wireless Internet and Telephone. Printer, scanner, fax. More storage than imaginably possible. Professionally cleaned using only non-toxic cleaners. Organic Queen sized Mattress (natural rubber wrapped in organic cotton and wool) with Design Within Reach platform bed. Organic cotton sheets and towels. Old fashioned claw-foot tub with PVC free shower curtains. Antique touches such as original closets and porcelain sink. Hardwood floors and tile throughout apt. Kitchen table seats at least 6 and is fully stocked with fantastic utensils, pots and pans, and all sorts of organic staples, such as: all sorts of rice, nuts, and grains, oils and vinegars, canned tomatoes from my family’s farm in Pennsylvania, and seasonings galore. Appliances in the kitchen include the usual, plus: Juicer, Blender, Mixer, and Rice Cooker. Normally, I do not have a microwave, but it can be provided if requested. Also included are a hair dryer and a clothes iron.
There is no dishwasher, however, there is access to a FREE washer and dryer!!!
And as an added perk, the Apartment also comes with my Personal Assistant who grew up in the area and can run errands in the mornings and help you acclimate if necessary.

20% deposit & minimum of 5 day stay required. Paypal Preferred.
Pets may require additional deposit.
Full payment is due no later than 5 days prior to arrival.
Deposit will be refunded after stay concludes.
Cancellation will result in forfeited security deposit.
Cancellation after full payment is made is non-refundable.
