This 2nd floor unit (walk up) has views of the beautiful landscaped grounds. It is wonderfully furnished with a cottage feel. Special decorative details include shuttered windows and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
The up-to-date kitchen features a smooth cook top, side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser and Corian countertops.
As you enter the front door, you are greeted with an airy open floor plan. The living room features a 32 inch HDTV - with an added bonus of the HBO movie channels.
From the living room, as well as the guest bedroom, you have access to a large screen porch, fully furnished with plenty of porch furniture and ceiling fans.
The screen porch provides a fabulous additional living space overlooking the beautiful landscaped grounds.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and has a small private balcony for two. The spacious bathroom contains a garden (oversize) Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and separate step-in shower with seat. Extras include a TV with a VCR and a ceiling fan.
The guest bedroom features 2 double beds and has direct access to the screen porch. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi tub with walk-in shower. Extras include a TV and ceiling fan.
Wendover Dunes is an Oceanside complex located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Clusters of elevated two-story buildings, four one-level units per building, are located just steps from the beach (next to Barrington).
These units feature large screened porches and covered parking. The attractively designed Wendover Dunes pool area includes a children's pool, hot tub, and grilling facilities with adjacent tables/chairs and bathrooms. The pool is seasonally heated.
