  Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay at the beach. Walk to the beach, beautiful pool and comfortable patio furniture. Home is well maintained and in perfect condition. We felt immediately at home. Highly recommend this property.

  We have stayed at this property twice and it feels like a home from home. It has everything you need and more, its also only a block to the beach. The owner (MIMI) is very friendly and we hope to stay here again soon.

  Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Owners were fabulous individuals and accommodating in every way. They helped arrange a crib in advance and even came over to fix something immediately when it broke. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Excellent location - quick walk to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Friendly neighbourhood. Was equipped with everything we needed and more (enjoyed the bikes and beach toys). Highly recommend staying here!

  I was disappointed with this villa, first impression was a very untidy front area. Overall for the price I felt the villa needed an upgrade especially the bathrooms which were very small. On the plus side it was clean and had everything you needed for the beach (again tho, old). Also take lots of insect repellant.

  Owner response: I am surprised at this review!- After many years of ALL perfect reviews, and all very happy, satisfied guests, I am shocked at this! We go through extreme measures to make sure the house is in excellent shape, with many extra amenities- as all the other perfect reviews will show. Also, I don't know what "front area" refers to- the blossoming trees in the front- or the bushes? We have a Flamboyant tree in the front yard that sheds many oranges flowers this time of year. It was evident from the very beginning that these guests were on a very, very tight budget and were unhappy with the PayPal fees, Florida taxes, and the rental fees in general. Very unfortunate.

  This home was very nice. Loved the pool, hot tub and the canal right behind the house. It was very close to main beach. The owner was great! The house has everything you need including bikes, coolers for the beach, pool floats, beach toys, etc. The only complaint I have is that is was a little far from the Village. That's not enough to keep me away - will definitely be renting this house again.

  perfect ranch style home well located on siesta key. The homely touches about the place make this accommodation perfect. Much better than the typical no frills rental, this place has everything for the trip. From pool noodles, to a huggy for your cold beer there was not one time we looked for something and it wasn't there. This makes a real difference to your stay. No messing about at the Market buying basic utensils or something for the kids to use in the pool. We would definitely recommend and return to this home next time we come to siesta.

  My husband and I spent our wedding/honeymoon at this house and had a wonderful time. Mimi was fantastic about making sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and we plan on coming back. The beach is short walk away, restaurants and island shopping is a short drive or bike ride. I can't say enough great things about this house and Mimi. It was the best place for us to begin our lives with each other.

  selfishly, i will have to say i hesitate to make a review, since i hope it will be available next time i want to go. the home is very comfortable, clean and well kept. Mimi the owner is very kind and accommodating. we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. i hope its available for me next year!!!

  We have just returned from 2 weeks in Siesta Key and this property met our needs in every way. It was in a great location, perfect for all the facilities of the Public Beach and an easy 20 minute walk into the village, even with a 4 year old in tow! The view over the canal was also a bonus - a lovely backdrop for the days spent outside. The house was extremely well equipped, very clean and with lots of space for our son to run around. The pool was a good size and the perfect temperature and our little one hardly every emerged! The space outside much larger than many other houses in the area, and very comfortably furnished. We used the canoe that is provided several times - very relaxing. The owner Mimi was really sweet, making sure that we had everything we needed and solving an issue with one of the bikes by bringing around one of her bikes from home.. a very nice gesture. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation in a very chilled out destination with glorious weather and absolutely everything you need at your fingertips.
