I don’t think anyone doubts that the more you study what rentals are available, the better your decision will be in selecting just the one that meets your vacationing needs. I certainly hope you will do that until the ‘cows come in’. There is an important by-product to this studying process and that is learning about the area. You might even find yourself making up a ‘To Do List’…..something you didn’t think you would do for your vacation. As we all try to work our way through the Recession, it has become increasingly important to making sure you are getting the nicest place possible for the lowest price. But most important is that it meets your needs. I am confident my rates will be among the lowest you can find, but it is important you ‘keep my feet to the fire’. Monthly rate Nov thru Mar > $995. Summer rents only by the week, Sat to Sat.
Long weekend rates are available Sept, Oct, Apr & May at half the
weekly rate. Weeks can begin any day of the week but Saturday.
Holidays ($200 Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) and more than 6 people
carry a $100 surcharge. Cleaning fee $95. Optional linen/towels
rental $45. 12% SC/NMB Sales Tax. $200 Refundable Security Deposit

My name is Peter Cole and I wear many hats: an oceanfront, resort, rental condo owner; property manager; rental agent; dog tender (That is Woody in the picture. Spends most of his day in the chair across from my desk watching me work.) and favorite; loving husband. As a Medicare card carrying senior, I look back over a full life. My chosen life ‘occupation’ (my Mother could never bring herself to call it a job) was to take teens on cross country camping trips; 3000 teens in all, spanning 33 years. My nephew Doug slipped into my shoes as I slipped into my retirement. My friends and relatives worried about my having too much time on my hands in retirement so they gave me their resort properties to manage. My reputation as a good manager/agent grew. Now 12 properties fill my stable. It was 1967 when I took ownership of my first rental property. In the years since, we have bought and sold 11. I come to you with a lot experience.
