This brand new home is sure to be your home away from home. Just completed in May 2009 with all fine furnishings. This home is located at 229 Beachwalk Lane. Six doors down from the welcome center, pool and most amenities.
Fully furnished with, games, fishing poles and an electric golf cart to use at your leisure. Two screened porches (upper and lower) in the front provide serenity. An upper and lower open deck provide a sitting area to enjoy everything nature has to offer. This home features a covered lanai in the rear of the house for added space and relaxation. Located directly across the street from Lake Michigan with tree lined streets, colorful houses and white picket fences.
The community has its own private walkway to Lake Michigan, private lake, swimming pool, brand new splash pad, parks and playgrounds, fishing docks, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, putting greens, and planned family activities.
Come and enjoy the beach during the day and the sunsets at night.

You only need your clothes and groceries, everything else is here. Beach towels, beach bags, toys for the kids, games for everyone, it is all here! The house is fabulous and decorated with that "beachy" feel. The kitchen is complete with all the dinnerware, glasses, pots and pans that you will ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed all the porches that are equipped with ceiling fans. A real plus on the hot days. You will not regret choosing this cottage for your vaction. The resort was great and the beach was clean and very enjoyable, Thanks you for sharing you vacation home wih us!

Our entire family was delighted with our stay. The attention to detail was incredible - fishing poles, children's dress up clothes, videos. The photos of the house are good, but the reality is better. We will definately return! (When we were standing outside the house, another family came by and told us that they had rented this home the summer before and loved it.)

Words cannot begin to describe what a wonderful weekend we had at your BEAUTIFUL beach house!!! You have thought of every detail that anyone could need or want for a PERFECT getaway! We had beautiful, hot beach weather, fun hanging with friends/family on the deck and just an overall FANTASTIC time!!! It was so hard to leave!!! We are definitely planning a longer trip next summer!!

The Weigt Room located in the Beachwalk Resort area is a fantastic place to vacation.The house is charming and has every amenity you could possible think of and then some. My family has been vacationing at Beachwalk for 7 years and have stayed at some very nice homes, but the Weigt Room is our favorite by far.The location of the home is perfect if you have young children because of its proximity to the pool, and the golf cart makes trips to the beach amazingly easy. I have never met the Weigt family but all correspondence and rental agreements have been conducted very pleasantly and effeciently. My family and I would highly recommend this house for a delightful summer vacation.

I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful vacation home! We enjoyed the many amenities that Beachwalk resort had to offer. This rental property was extremely clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed riding around in the golf cart. The onsite pool was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. Can't wait to come back again next year! Thank you to the owners for their great cooperation in coordinating our stay there.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was expertly furnished, cleaned and maintained. There was adequate space for all 10 of us to feel comfortable. We did wish, however, that the advertised Splash Pad and 3 hole putting green would have been in service during our stay. We also missed a place for ice cream, other than a limited supply in the pool area. We took in Lake Michigan, the Washington Park Zoo and the shopping outlet center. Unfortunately. due to the high temperatures and humidity we did not make the planned trip to Chicago for a day. We are glad to have had the opportunity to visit this part of Indiana.

The Weigt Room was the perfect weekend getaway for the girls. The house is beautiful - the pictures online do not do it justice. We referred to the house as the Pottery Barn house. The location of the home is perfect for a beach vacation - just a short walk to the beach - which is fabulous and private. We truly had a blast - and cannot wait to return. Thanks so much for the great memories!

The house was beautiful and the area was great for families with children. We had 4 couples and 4 children and it was a perfect size for us. We all enjoyed the amenities that came with the Beachwalk resort including the pool and playgrounds. Everyone in our group talked about how they couldn't wait to go back there. I would highly suggest this rental!

We had a fantastic week. You seem to have thought of everything to add little fun touches to the house and its contents. It seemed like it was set up just for my family. I think my mom and wife will be taking some of your decorating ideas home to use on their own houses. The house is really well designed and has lots of perks that make us all feel as if we are treating ourselves. This week we did much more than rent "just a house." Thanks so much!
