  We were two families with teenagers (seven folk in total) - spent five nights at the condo. Plenty of space for this number. Condo was everything we wanted/needed - really did not need to take anything there except your clothes and any food/wine for the week. Condo exactly as described. very quiet at end of block, easy to get to / from ski slope. Depending on snow conditions - about a 30m walk to snow when we were there. Everyone enjoyed it - would definately like to come back next time in town. Thanks Toni

  We come to Durango every winter to ski, love Purgatory Mountain. This was the first time to stay in this condo. We were VERY pleased with the accomodations. We shared the condo with friends, two couples plus a teenager. Plenty of room, so many little "niceties" - like shampoo, toothpaste, etc, just in case something was forgotten. Two car garage was great, both cars fit (Toyota van and Ford Expedition). We had a big snow storm on Sunday so extra happy to have the cars tucked away in the garage. Great proximity to the lifts, beautiful views. We plan to come again - thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

  The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for 10 of us. Just a short walk to the slopes. Perfect vacation!

  We loved this condo! It was a perfect size for four children and four adults, during our end of year skiing holiday. We appreciated the extra touches, such as candles and bubble bath in the bathrooms and spare toiletries in case you had left them at home! We ate in most nights and the cupboards were stocked with a lot of the basics. We have stayed at many houses via VRBO and many do not offer such basic amenities! It was nice to know that we weren't going to have wastage at the end of our stay! The staff at the DMR are excellent. They go out of their way to make your skiing trip an enjoyable one and this is why we keep returning. You receive good value for money compared to other big name resorts in Colorado and the ski school is excellent! Let's face it, a skiing holiday isn't cheap, so it's nice to know you are saving at this resort! So all in all, a great house, in an easy, accessible location! We will hopefully be back!

  This place was superb. The location is perfect and everything is just out your back door. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool at the spa, the alpine slide and other amenities at the base of Durango Mountain. About a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Durango, but located in a beautiful setting and ideal if you are taking the train while you are there as it is located midway between Durango and Silverton. The decor in the townhome was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

  This was our first trip to Durango and our first family ski trip. We loved it! The condo was perfect for getting the kids right on the mountain. Toni was very helpful and went the extra mile to get a xmas tree and lights up. We are so thankful for a wonderful great trip and a wonderful xmas in the mountains.

  This condo was the perfect setting for a fantastic weekend in Durango! Bright, beautiful kitchen/great room for gathering at mealtimes and after a fun day on the slopes AND terrific mountain views. Loved the mountain decor throughout. There was plenty of room for our big group, and the beds were so comfortable! We were on the slopes in minutes since this condo is so close to lift. We really enjoyed having access to the private club/bar at the base -- big screen TVs, pool table, -- great food and even a wine tasting! We will be back next year!!!

  WOW! The condo was amazing!!! The chic, rustic decor was gorgeous! The master bedroom was amazing with a HUGE bathroom, jacuzzi tub and shower. The guest bedrooms were large and had their own bathrooms with shower/tubs. The living room was spacious with a huge flatscreen TV, and we also enjoyed the cozy game area upstairs! The fully-equipped kitchen was great! We used it to make breakfast and came back to the condo for sandwiches after a few hours on the slops. DEFINITELY convenient to the slops!! Just a few steps outside and you're on the chair lift! The patio w/table/grill had amazing mountain views! The garage came in handy to store our boots/skis/cars. We would definitely stay again!!

  We stayed at this lovely condo for the MLK weekend. It was so convenient having the slopes right out our door. We loved the accommodations, furnishings, and views. We appreciated that the codo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. We took advantage of the private Club area. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the cozy bar area.
