We stayed at this condo for almost 2 weeks and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. We didn't need a car since we could simply walk to the gate of the property and hail a taxi. The location is great and in walking distance from downtown Cabarete where the shops and restaurants are. The property managers were very helpful and Wayne is a great property owner. This is a great condo. We highly recommend it.

This was a girl's trip and first time to the DR. The unit was exactly as described and the onsite contacts absolutely wonderful. The town of Cabarete is very close and there is a nice pool oceanside offering good views of the water and a very nice beach right at the condo. We found the value for this condo with it's amenities EXTREMELY good. Our only complaint is there is no AC in the main living areas, only the bedrooms. We are spoiled American girls though so it may not be important to you but it was to us. However, there is great cross ventilation through the LR so it is ok when watching TV but kind of hot if you are cooking or using the downstairs bath and dressing area. We highly recommend this property and the area of Cabarete.

Heaven on the Beach

This was one the best 2 weeks I've experienced in my life. Great condo, great location, great weather, great people and more!! I took a walk along the beach at 9:30 AM on my first day there and encountered only 7 people in 1 hour. It was off-season (2nd and 3rd Week of May) so I guess you'd find more people there at other times but I was thrilled to have the peaceful experience. When looking for things to do it was just 20 minutes by foot or a very short drive to the center of Cabarete. A few days to explore included Santiago (the trek over the mountains was really a great experience and returned via Puerto Plata. Drove East to Cabrera and stopped at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world "Playa Grande". Highly recommend getting over there! I'd go back again any month of the year. Wayne is a perfect owner and the onsite hosts are fabulous. Well kept property with everything you need. Nice Pool too!

My husband and I enjoyed this remarkable place. Is was very accomadating, especially since everything was stocked and ready for us upon arrival. The ocean front was absolutely gorgeous, with a wonderful breeze to keep the apartment cool. Since the ocean was right out the back door, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach to body surf and enjoy the waves. The place was very well decorated and always clean. We felt very safe with this environment and would very much stay here again.

Just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. Everything about it was truly First Class. It's beautifully furnished and has all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed our evenings on the terraces with those absolutely breathtaking ocean views! We also loved the location...close enough to walk to downtown Cabarete with all of the restaurants and clubs, but far enough away to enjoy total tranquility. We can't wait until our next visit to the D.R. and Victoriano Divino! Muchas Gracias!!

We have used VRBO for numerous rentals in the past and have been very pleased with the results. Likewise, our recent stay in your Cabarete condo was great. We loved the beach front location and the proximity to town center was very good, only about 20 minutes walk up the beach. The furnishings were very comfortable, the condo was clean and well kept, and the sound of the surf was very enjoyable. Hopefully, we will have a chance to visit again! The décor and layout of this condo was beautiful!! My wife and I were very impressed with how spacious and accommodating this place was. The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. You can’t ask for more. I truly enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the ocean circulating through both floors. With only a mile between the condo and the center of town, this place offers the best of both a beach town and a relaxing resort. I would recommend this to any of my friends.
