Barefoot Beach Resort is a new upscale style condo/hotel located on the Intercoastal Waterway of Indian Shores, Florida. It offers fabulous views, fishing pier, boat docks (nominal fee to rent), private access to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a large private heated pool.
This beautiful condominium is furnished with all the amenities of home while maintaining many of the same benefits you find in a hotel, with 24 hour management, housekeeping service, towels and linens and easy on-site check-in.
This residence features 2 bedrooms, queen size bed in master and double in 2nd bedroom and ample closet space. The second bedroom opens up to a Florida Room with a desk,(internet hook up), and card table for additional space for you and your family to get the privacy that you need.
The family room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV and an adjoining wet bar. There is also access to the Florida Room.
The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and every utensil you need to prepare meals. Laundry room located on same floor as unit. (2 washers, 2 dryers)

Why the Owner Chose Barefoot Beach Resort
We chose this Condo because we fell in love with the location as well as the Condo set-up. It appeals to both the retired and those family's with children. It has a wonderful heated pool, dock over looking the inter-costal and then just walk across the street to the gulf. (Beach)
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Condo is completely updated/new as of a few years ago. Has a full kitchen, separate eating area, and two beautiful bedrooms, spacious family room with a wet bar and an enclosed lanai that spreads along the length of the Condo.
