These rooms, as well as the quiet Library, cabana bath, and master suite, all open onto an elevated/roofed, sunny, southeast-exposure, Ipe-covered deck with ceiling fans, speakers, and plentiful and comfortable teak furniture, which overlooks the pool/spa area, lagoon and golf course. The deck leads down to the beautiful pool and spa, which are surrounded by a large, brick-pavered sunning/lounging area, offering outdoor dining for 10 and ample space for pool or pool-side games and entertaining. The fenced deck and backyard area is perfect for privacy and for kids. This is a serene, wonderfully landscaped, and sun-drenched oasis with an eye to the wooden footbridge which takes you to the sand’s edge at Sea Pines Beach.
Master bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house for privacy, with the main master suite offering a jetted tub and seclusion, and views east and southeast to lagoons as well as to the 2nd Ocean Course fairway, while the guest master offers lagoon and sunset views to the south and west. Both have sunny sitting areas.
The three upstairs bedrooms, two of which have 2nd floor deck access through sunny French doors to an expansive deck laden with Teak furniture, open onto a large loft area with ample comfortable seating, books, and TV/DVD entertainment systems. We chose our super South Live Oak location as it is extremely close to the beach, the Sea Pines Beach Club, the Forest Preserve, and all points known to Sea Pines - and is also convenient to the Sea Pines Ocean Gate, Coligny, and therefore other Hilton Head Island points of interest. This street is known in Sea Pines as "a realtor's best kept secret...". Very light, very open, very close to the beach, stunning long lagoon views, always a slight breeze - and with a 3/4 acre grassy area next to the house that feels like a private park! An unbeatable location.
