Margarita Beach House over looks the adult pool and has a beautiful view of the beach. It has lots of windows with an open and bright living room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2 living areas, There is a large king master suite with huge bath and closet and TV. A guest room with a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom that links you to a 3rd bedroom that has a bunk bed, full on bottom and twin on top with a TV.
There is also a separate living and queen bedroom downstairs. Oversized garage for a boat with an air hockey game and foosball table. Beautifully furnished. Large deck with views of the ocean and bay. One block off the beach with private boardwalk.
We do have a 4 night minimum stay so for any stay under 4 nights there is a $150.00 cleaning fee added to the reservation.We do require a $500 deposit that goes towards your rent and 30 days before arrival the final bill is due.
