In the 1980s, our founder, a young Grant Barnhill, was trying to find a nice apartment to rent near downtown Denver — the problem was, there weren’t any — oh there were apartments, just nothing clean, new and cool. And there was nothing un-apartment-like.
So Grant invented Boutique Apartments™. He and his partner Zvi rescued neglected buildings all over Capitol Hill and the surrounding neighborhoods, and renovated them from the ground up to be clean, new and very cool.
The result? Creatively and sustainably renovated apartment buildings in the hippest central Denver neighborhoods, run with utter respect for each resident.
