Thank you for considering “Group Therapy”, our lovely beach house in historic Seaside, Florida, for your next vacation. We have enjoyed every minute of our time in Seaside, and are excited to share it with others.

Seaside offers the best in beach living on the Panhandle. World renown for its powder white sandy beaches and uniquely designed homes, Seaside allows friends and families to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings, as well as cultural events, art galleries, and fine restaurants all within walking distance of your front door.

Seaside is a magical place with white picket fences and wonderful architecture. On most Tuesday and Saturday nights bands play in the amphitheater and Friday nights are usually movie nights. Bring a blanket and picnic dinner for a wonderful family night out! Sunday service at the beautiful non-denominational chapel is special. The town center offers something for everyone, with its art galleries, open-air market, Sundog Bookstore, Quincy toy & art store, restaurants, wine bar, coffee shop and Modica Market for gourmet groceries. You may also want to spend some time at Aquarius Spa having one of their relaxing treatments. Some of the Seaside amenities you may want to enjoy are 3 pools (2 are heated during the winter), tennis courts, fitness center, croquet courts, shuffle boards, bike rentals and the unique beach pavilions. Shop in the many quaint shops, bicycle through town, stroll down the hidden shady paths or just sit on the outdoor decks enjoying the beautiful views.

First Floor:
* Screened porch ready for elegant outdoor dining or a place to hang out with friends and watch the world go by.
* Comfortable living room, large flat screen TV & DVD with surround sound

* Dining area will seat all guests with its combination custom banquette and pull up seating.
* Beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances.
* Queen bedroom with flat screen TV and private bath

Second Floor:
* Sizeable den with built in entertainment center that boasts a large flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD, Wi-Fi, and two workstations. A cozy sectional couch conceals a queen sleeper.
* Powder bathroom with ample storage and counter space for those guests using the queen sleeper in the den.
* Laundry room with sink and full capacity washer and dryer.
* Kids bunk room sleeps 6 (2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds) with built in storage & private bath with expansive double vanity and enclosed toilet room
* 1st Master King Bedroom with private bath. Large deck with swinging benches right off the bedroom.

Third Floor:
* Beautiful serene retreat with bookcases, a sofa and lounge chairs; a great place to catch up on reading or hang out with friends and family.
* 2nd Master Suite with King Bed, flat screen TV and private bath (pair of vanities, large tub, separate shower and enclosed toilet room.)
* 3rd Master Suite with King Bed, flat screen TV and private bath (expansive double vanities, large shower with dual shower heads, and enclosed toilet room.)

Tower:
* Enter from beautiful spiral staircase in retreat. Large room on 4th floor with windows on all 4 sides for panoramic views.
* Custom “ledge” bar complete with seating.
* Built in refrigerator and cabinet
* Step out onto large outside deck with table and chairs; great for playing cards!

  • We are all native Floridians now living in Maryland, California, and Arizona. Growing up in South Florida we never went to the panhandle--we know better now! We had a wonderful holiday the week of August 8th! As we wrote in the guest book at your home, ll we can say is "WOW! WOW! WOW!" Group Therapy is exquisite yet comfortable and homey! It is a must return! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and I wish everyone who enters your doors laughter, happiness, and fond memories with family and friends!

  • Our entire family has been traveling to Seaside every summer for 10 years. One of our daughters was married there. Now spouses and grandchildren have been thrown into the mix. It has become difficult to find a single home to accomodate us all. We have been misled on occasion as to the number that a place would accomodate. That is absolutely not the case with Group Therapy. We had plenty of room to dine together, enjoy each other, play together. Then plenty of private space to get away when sanctuary was the need. The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished inside and out. The grandbabies loved the bunkroom and media room. Plenty of games and electronics for rainy days. So family friendly we will most definitely be returning. I highly recommend this "Therapy" for your Group.

  • A beautiful home filled with every amenity needed for a luxurious stay in Seaside. This was our family's first trip to Seaside and we will come back...specifically to this house! 'Group Therapy' is on a quiet street and close to everything. Lots of space in the house to relax and be by yourself or join in with the rest of your group. Our experience their was superior!

  • The house is beautiful - like living in a pottery barn catalog. Plenty of space. We missed having a porch with a view and we missed being so far from the beach. Dining area can only seat about 8 on bankettes that you get stuck in unless you are on the end; if everyone in the house wants to eat together you are out of luck. But those are small problems. It was a great deal and management and owners are very responsive to problems.
    
    Homeowner Response:
    Our apologies for not leaving better instructions regarding the dining area. There are 4 bankettes that seat 2 people in each and are meant to come apart and slide around without causing damage to the floors. In addition to the bankettes, we have added 4 bar stools around the table to accomodate everyone in the future. We appreciate your comment and hope you'll return to Group Therapy.

  • A group of us just stayed in GROUP THERAPY over spring break. The house was absolutely wonderful. The owners have thought of everything and we thought the location was terrific, too. The house is right by the playground and near the pool and tennis courts and the walk to the beach took about three minutes! The four adult couples had a lot of privacy and the kids had a huge den to themselves on the second floor. The decor is so soothing and the climb to the outside deck on the 4th floor is well worth it. Two of the families already plan to come back.

  • Wow...what a great place! We've stayed in many different cottages in Seaside throughout the years, but Group Therapy was by far the best! Not only is it beautiful, but it's comfortable, as well. There was lots of space for everyone...It fit our families needs perfectly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
