Overall our stay at Group Therapy was satisfactory. We liked the location (next to the fitness center and the east side pools). In addition, we were only 3 blocks from the beach, and a few more blocks to the Seaside town square. However, when we arrived the downstairs entertainment center was not functional. It took 2 days to get it working properly, and required me to spend a few hours of my vacation waiting for and babysitting service people. While one of the home owners was very helpful and gracious in resolving the problem. The owner of the rental agency was less consistent. When I reached out to him on Saturday evening to try and resolve the problem ASAP, he responded by saying we could watch any of the other 7 televisions in the house. Actually there are 5 other televisions in the house. But this is beside the point. His answer should have been, "We will take care of the problem ASAP, and consider how compensate you for your trouble." but he did not. Thus, while I recommend the house, I do not recommend the rental agency.
Owner response:While we strive to keep our home in excellent condition, a problem may occur that is out of our hands, such as a faulty cable box. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this caused our guests, and appreciate their patience as we worked together to solve this issue. As always, problems are dealt with immediately both by Sandpiper Vacation Rentals and us, the homeowners, as was the case in this incident. We stand behind Sandpiper as they consistently go above and beyond for all our guests. That said, again we apologize that your visit was not as perfect as we all expect it to be and want it to be. We appreciate your comment and hope you'll return to Group Therapy.

We stayed at Group Therapy for a family vacation with my siblings, our husbands, children, and parents. The house is absolutely gorgeous and set up perfectly so we could all have our own space. It is in a great location, very close to both the adult pool and a family pool. Just a short walk to the beach and the town. The owners of the home were so friendly and accommodating and answered questions for us immediately when we called them. We all had a fabulous time in Seaside and at Group Therapy and look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed "Group Therapy" - there were 3 families that shared this home and it provided ample space for all of our kids and our privacy. It is beautifully decorated and a great location. Just a short walk to the beach or to eat and shop. The home was just liked it appeared in the pictures.

Wow! What a house! We had three families there and each family had their own floor. Plenty of space for the kids! Great location, so quiet and peaceful. It really was great therapy for the family!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The house is new and beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for our group. It is within walking distance of the beach and everything in Seaside and is right next to a family pool. We would love to return sometime very soon!

We loved staying in Group Therapy because we walked and rode bikes everywhere. The young adults especially loved the short walk to the fitness center and pool. The house could not have been better appointed as the bedrooms and bathrooms are like a luxury hotel with everything you could ever dream of. We love Seaside and have stayed there multiple times, but Group Therapy is my favorite house by far.

We just returned from our annual trip to Seaside with my family of 17. Our first time staying at Group Therapy, it didn't disappoint! The location is ideal, right next to both the adult and family pools, the playground and the croquet field; and a short bike ride to the beach and the town. The beauty of the decor of the house cannot be described adequatly. It is seamless. Top notch linens, accessories, furniture, kitchen applicances...you name it, it's top notch. What wonderful memories we made in this home and hopefully can visit it again soon! Thank yoy so much!

Our stay at Group Therapy was one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had on the gulf coast. The house is beautifully decorated. The floor plan is very accommodating to all needs. The bathrooms are spacious. The colors, the furnishings, the fixtures, the wood trim, and every other detail cannot be ignored as the builder did a tremendous job with every detail found in this home. The location was superb as you are nestled in a quiet area of Seaside with a lot of privacy. However, you are immediately next to the pool and fitness center. While in a secluded corner of the town, the beach is easily accessible straight Tupelo, and the town center is straight down Seaside Avenue. We walked and rode bikes everywhere. We stayed in for several meals taking advantage of the amazing kitchen/dining spaces. Parking was also ample with the double car pad in the back, and street parking on the front and side. My only problem with Group Therapy is that our stay was too short. I hope we can come again soon. I'd like to note that the beds in the bunk room are definitely intended for children. From viewing the photos, I thought the space might accommodate some adults, but this is not the case. This is our second time using Sandpiper Vacation Rentals and our second great experience. When I got home, I decided to book another trip for the fall. Thank you to the owner for sharing your magnificent home away from home.

Group Therapy is the perfect place for friends and family to have a great time. This house is fabulous! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and do what they want, together or separately. The place is beautifully furnished, and at the same time the most functional house anyone could imagine. The perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. We highly recommend Group Therapy, and we can't wait to go back!

This place was perfect for our year 15 celebration of what we call "Cousin's Camp". For the last 15 years we have taken all the 10 grandchildren somewhere for a week to 10 day stays. This house had it all and we had so much fun, the weather was absolutely perfect and we even had our Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings. I loved cooking in the kitchen for everything was at my fingertips. The king suites were beautiful and we all wished we could have stayed on till Christmas but all good things had to come to an end and back to school, college and work and to our separate homes we went but all wishing for next year and a return trip to "Group Theraphy". Thanks for sharing such a lovely home away from home.

We are all native Floridians now living in Maryland, California, and Arizona. Growing up in South Florida we never went to the panhandle--we know better now! We had a wonderful holiday the week of August 8th! As we wrote in the guest book at your home, ll we can say is "WOW! WOW! WOW!" Group Therapy is exquisite yet comfortable and homey! It is a must return! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and I wish everyone who enters your doors laughter, happiness, and fond memories with family and friends!

Our entire family has been traveling to Seaside every summer for 10 years. One of our daughters was married there. Now spouses and grandchildren have been thrown into the mix. It has become difficult to find a single home to accomodate us all. We have been misled on occasion as to the number that a place would accomodate. That is absolutely not the case with Group Therapy. We had plenty of room to dine together, enjoy each other, play together. Then plenty of private space to get away when sanctuary was the need. The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished inside and out. The grandbabies loved the bunkroom and media room. Plenty of games and electronics for rainy days. So family friendly we will most definitely be returning. I highly recommend this "Therapy" for your Group.

A beautiful home filled with every amenity needed for a luxurious stay in Seaside. This was our family's first trip to Seaside and we will come back...specifically to this house! 'Group Therapy' is on a quiet street and close to everything. Lots of space in the house to relax and be by yourself or join in with the rest of your group. Our experience their was superior!

The house is beautiful - like living in a pottery barn catalog. Plenty of space. We missed having a porch with a view and we missed being so far from the beach. Dining area can only seat about 8 on bankettes that you get stuck in unless you are on the end; if everyone in the house wants to eat together you are out of luck. But those are small problems. It was a great deal and management and owners are very responsive to problems.
Owner response:Our apologies for not leaving better instructions regarding the dining area. There are 4 bankettes that seat 2 people in each and are meant to come apart and slide around without causing damage to the floors. In addition to the bankettes, we have added 4 bar stools around the table to accomodate everyone in the future. We appreciate your comment and hope you'll return to Group Therapy.

A group of us just stayed in GROUP THERAPY over spring break. The house was absolutely wonderful. The owners have thought of everything and we thought the location was terrific, too. The house is right by the playground and near the pool and tennis courts and the walk to the beach took about three minutes! The four adult couples had a lot of privacy and the kids had a huge den to themselves on the second floor. The decor is so soothing and the climb to the outside deck on the 4th floor is well worth it. Two of the families already plan to come back.

Wow...what a great place! We've stayed in many different cottages in Seaside throughout the years, but Group Therapy was by far the best! Not only is it beautiful, but it's comfortable, as well. There was lots of space for everyone...It fit our families needs perfectly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
