There is a shared driveway with landscaped gardens leading to the lakefront. You will be surrounded by the natural beauty of this lakeside area providing stunning views of the mountains, the lake and the wildlife habitat. It provides a peaceful haven complete with modern conveniences.
The home is open and airy and approximately 1400 square feet (130 square meters). The kitchen has modern appliances with ample storage and convenient breakfast bar and seating. It is fully equipped with a six-burner stove top and gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with minor appliances, dishes, cookware and cutlery.
The dining area features a table with 6 chairs and access to the outdoor area. The private garden area has a covered patio with Equipales furniture for entertaining; there are planted borders and lawn - a perfect peaceful spot for your morning coffee or end of the day relaxation. The living area contains a cozy gas fireplace and new TV with Star-choice satellite.
A hallway separates the sleeping areas which consist of two large bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds) and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has large built in closets with ample storage space, a dressing table and comfy chair. There is a large utility room off the kitchen with full-sized washer and dryer and utility sink. There are ceiling fans throughout the home for year-round comfort. The property comes with a covered parking area and remote gate openers, as well as a gate intercom for guest access.
Maid service is included once a week. The rental also includes a gardener and DSL connection for wireless internet access. The renter pays for electric, gas, and telephone, satellite TV service

It is short drive to Central Ajijic or Chapala, and for those without a car, the local bus is a great alternative which services all of Lake Chapala, Guadalajara and other points of interest.
