"The top floor is where you'll find the master bedroom with king size bed (with new high end mattress) & master bath (with large walk in closet) along with the living room, fully stocked kitchen including blender, ice maker and extra large pantry. There is also a huge 3rd floor deck with dining tables to seat everyone while they enjoy the sights & sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. And, best of all is the 2 person swing overlooking the Gulf where every morning you'll enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the water."
The middle floor is where you’ll find 2 more bedrooms each with their own full bath and private access to another huge deck with dining table. One bedroom has two (2) double beds and the other has two (2) sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a full service laundry room on this level with washer & dryer and laundry chute from 3rd level. In addition, there is a large dumbwaiter servicing all floors to help bring large or heavy items up or down the stairs.
Home is located at end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of safe play area for kids and a rear-fenced yard for the toddlers. On the backside of the house stretches a third deck to enjoy the sunsets and overlook the bay and neighborhood pond. There is a community swimming pool and pool house for your enjoyment. A beach walk is provided right across the small residential street for easy walking access to and from the beach.
DirecTV Satellite on all four TVs including 2 new flat screens, 3 DVD players, and VCRs are in the house for your viewing enjoyment. An iPod docking station with radio is also available in the living room. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms are there for your added comfort & an outdoor shower for your beach going convenience.
We do have a 4 night minimum stay so for any stay under 4 nights there is a $150.00 cleaning fee added to the reservation.We do require a $500 deposit that goes towards your rent and 30 days before arrival the final bill is due.
