Located within a private 80 acre oceanfront property, nestled along a mile of the pristine Pacific Coast, is this 1800 square foot condominium which is unlike any other! Pride in ownership is reflected throughout, including solid cedar arched doorways that lend access into magnificent ocean view rooms throughout the unit.
Walk along the beach at sunrise or marvel at the direct sunsets over the Pacific, as you relax from a day of adventure or leisure!
Our condominium is just a short stroll down the hill to 1 mile of secluded cobalt blue sand beach (Playa Azul). An (almost) private pool is just outside our condominium door....where you can spend the whole day virtually alone (except for the wildlife :) in paradise! Or...you can venture off of property to explore the flora, fauna, wildlife, adventures and "tico" fare in places throughout the region, recommended only to you (by the owners), as our discerning guests!
The condominium is approximately 1 hour drive to the tourist town of Tamarindo! It is 10-15 minutes to Marbella or San Juanillo where you will find local eateries, grocery stores and white sand beaches are within walking/driving distance.

- Shared Pool: An (almost) private pool is just steps from the condo. Use of 2 other pools/jacuzzis is also a relaxing alternative (including a children's wading pool area in the main pool.
- Sauna: Just in front of the condo...a few steps away...is a sauna, located within the Spa building...another place to unwind...get a massage, facial or otherwise pamper yourself!
- Kitchen
- Full Kitchen: All kitchen utensils, linens, dishes, glassware, etc. are provided. Most have been upgraded for your maximum enjoyment.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: There are also 2 restaurants located on the property if you don't "feel like" cooking...as well as many local eateries.
- Refrigerator: There is a full size, side-by-side refrigerator (with water/ice in the door)for your convenience
- Dishwasher: Remember...YOU are on vacation! A full size dishwasher is at your disposal
