Our gorgeous 2,800 sq. ft home is located within Mustang Island with long golf course and lake views. Our home offers 3 luxurious double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms sleeping 8 in comfort. Additional accommodation includes a great room, formal dining room, morning room and family room overlooking the lanai and pool, kitchen, laundry room and two-car garage. The large lanai leads to a spectacular heated "freeform" swimming pool with integral heated spa, large planting area and extra large deck.
The deck and pool area faces South East allowing an abundance of morning and afternoon sun and the large lanai allows for comfortable al-fresco dining.
Enjoy cycling around the resort on our complimentary bicycles: four adult bicycles and three children's bicycles are available or challenge your family and friends to a game of ping pong in the garage!
In addition, membership to the Players Club and Spa is available. Offering over 20,000 square feet under air, the Players Club & Spa features a fully equipped fitness center, aerobics room, full service spa, billiards room and much more, including a delightful restaurant for enjoying a lazy Sunday brunch. Outside, in a tropical setting, is a resort-style pool and spa with a cabana area.
There are also private cabanas and a beach area around the pool. Adjacent to the pool and beach area is a lap/fitness pool set up for water aerobics. A children’s tot lot and a private yoga garden complete the amenities at the pool. The Players Club also features a tennis Pro Shop, which services the seven Har-Tru courts of the tennis complex.
Not forgetting the stunning golf facilities available within Lely: two public courses, The Mustang and Flamingo Island round off what can only be regarded as one of the most amenity rich resorts in South Florida.
Our home is situated within easy access of both the beaches of Marco Island and Naples with Olde Naples fine dining, entertainment and shopping close at hand.

Why the Owner Chose Lely Resort
Having been visiting Naples regularly since 1996 we were keen to buy our own home to enjoy time after time. We had never discovered Lely Resort before but when we did we just knew there was nowhere better to buy and were lucky enough to find a property we instantly fell in love with. As ever when buying property it was all about the initial reaction of opening the front door and seeing the wonderful outlook at the rear of the property, the tropical pool with the golf course and water beyond. Being an ex-model, the home had a lovely feel and flow to it and instantly felt homely. We have been delighted ever since....
The Unique Benefits at this House
Lely Resort really is one of the most amenity rich communities in South West Florida. Excellent golf and clubhouse facilities. Wonderful tennis, spa, gym and resort pools to enjoy at the Players Club. We enjoy the proximity to both Naples and Marco Island, which allows us within a 15 minute drive, a choice of beaching, restaurants, shopping and coffee shops!! Lely is lovely to cycle and walk around which we spend many hours enjoying and the community is such a friendly and peaceful place to be. Nothing beats sitting outside by the pool with a morning coffee as the sun rises!

We stayed for one week in this great vacation home. The house is decorated beautifully and very clean. The owners provided everything we could need for our stay; they even provided bicycles for our use. The communications with the owner were always very friendly and they were most helpful with prompt replies to any questions we asked. The pool and spa water was a comfortable temperature. The screened lanai looks out onto the golf course and is a great area for eating breakfast. This house is in a lovely quiet area and very convenient for getting anywhere you want to go in Lely or to local shops and great restaurants. It is also a lovely safe area for walking and cycling. We used the Players Club and it was terrific. We will defiantly rent again in the future if looking for a vacation home in this area. Wir waren nun schon mehrmals in Naples, für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Das Haus befindet sich im Lely Resort etwas auserhalb von Naples, zum Strand 15 Min nach Old Napkles ebenso. Ansonsten alles ums Eck. Sehr schön ist der Cluppool. Dieser ist vergleichbar mit einer 5 Sterne Anlage in der Karibik. Die Vermieter sehr nett, das Haus, groß genug mit 4 Schlafzimmer und alles da! Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. Nochmals Danke an Nick und seine Frau. Grüße aus Stuttgart.

During our stay in Mai 2011 we found an excellent maintained home with all amenities you can imagine - you can add the heated pool and the heated Jacuzzi to the description. The villa is also perfect for travelling with little ones - you find a crib and high chair as well as a lot of pool toys. We are looking straight forward to our next vacation! -- Während unseres Aufenthalts im Mai 2011 fanden wir ein Ferienhaus im perfekten Zustand vor! Den beheizten Pool mit beheiztem Whirlpool sollten Sie noch der Beschreibung hinzufügen. Das Haus ist auch für kleine Kinder perfekt geeignet - es gibt ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl - genauso wie viele Poolspielzeuge. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub!

My husband and I rented the home for the month of December 2010. We have 3 kids - 10,8, and 2. We found the home to be comfortable and well maintained. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a great feature for our 2 year who needed the extra warmth. We loved having the bikes, and would take a ride almost everyday (we rented a trailer for the baby). The owners even let us borrow their Christmas decorations so we didn't have to bring any! Lely is reasonably close to downtown and the great restaurants found there. I would highly recommend this home to families. We are currently looking for our own home in the sun, but if we don't have one by next winter we would love to come back

A wonderful property in a perfect location, beautifully decorated and exceptionally well equipped. Great for enjoying leisurely breakfasts by the pool each day before heading out to one of the many superb beaches or for some retail therapy at one of the malls. Nearer to home the Players Club is just a 5 minute cycle away and is another great way of spending a day, with well priced lunch and a Tiki bar for cocktails at the end of the day. Olde Naples is just 8 miles away and it has plenty of free parking or if you feel adventurous you can cycle there in less than an hour using the sidewalks/cycle paths. Lots of amazing restaurants and bars. Very atmospheric at night, especially on a Thursday night when they have live music along the length of 5th Avenue. Great holiday and we would recommend for young and old, families and couples.

We spent the most relaxing two weeks in your wonderful house. We've been to the Gulf Coast before staying in hotels, but this was so much better. The resort is superb, particularly the Club; but we also loved the beach, and of course all those great restaurants! We will definitely come back!

My husband and daughters vacationed at this home for 2 weeks in March 2009. We enjoyed the very comfortable home with private pool. The Naples area has fun shopping, restaurants and beaches. The grocery stores are just a few minutes away. The home is well cared for and spotless. The furnishings appear to be new and good quality. Every morning we walked the pleasant neighborhoods with our coffee as my daughters rode the bikes provided by the home owners. The home is located in a lovely, gated setting. The girls ran or biked at all hours of the day/night and I never thought twice about their safety. I would recommend this home to family and friends. If you do decide to rent this home you will not be disappointed.
