For ease, our rates include everything but 10% tax and a damage deposit. For comfort, our unit includes additional amenities...including.... beach service (Mar thru Oct), seating at a kitchen table as well as a bar, & IPOD docking station. Please read about ALL of them below. We also use the front desk for cleaning and maintenance services, so you have onsite support available should you need it.
