This bungalow is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms. The living room is large with very comfortable furniture, and it overlooks the 18th. fairway. The dining area is great for entertaining your friends, and has a full set dinner service and cutlery. The master bedroom is large, with a king-size bed, an en-suite, and a fireplace. The guest room is ideal for your guests who stay over. A full bathroom is just outside the guest room. The kitchen is fully equiped, with every item needed for cooking and serving. The patio is huge, and overlooks the 18th. fairway and green. Perfect for relaxing with a cocktail or dining. It's only a couple of hundred yards to the recreation complex and golf clubhouse with restaurant. This home is very comforatble and roomy. It is located in a residential sub-division (not a gated community), just off Union Hills Drive, and a few minutes from Hwy.101 loop. Every activity you could want is nearby, shopping, golf, restaurants, and downtown Phoenix. Being in northwest Phoenix, it is very handy to head out into the beautiful desert. A nice drive to Wickenburg, Flagstaff, and gorgeous Sedona. This rental is highly recommended. We are unable to go this year, but would if possible.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.
