Beautifully furnished home and it's ready to rent with all the amenities for a pleasurable stay. The furnishings are very nice and were done to my standards since I don't consider my home "just a rental." It's my second home.
The home sleeps two to four people very comfortably. The master suite features a king-size bed, flat panel LCD TV with DVD player and cable computer hookup. You will enjoy the master bath, which has a raised counter with double sinks and a large walk-in shower and a huge closet with more space than you would ever need. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a standard closet. Within the second bath you will find a tub/shower unit.
There are four skylights in the home, which makes the home quite bright and airy. The kitchen, both bathrooms and the laundry room have skylights which provide an abundance of light through the daylight hours. You will find yourself looking for a light switch to turn them off.
You can sit at the dining room table or on the front patio for a view of the Santa Rita Mountains. The park across the street offers cooking grills, a putting green, shuffle board, and a tennis court. Or you can just lounge around and socialize. It just doesn't get much better than this!

The Southwest has always fascinated me. I love the sunshine and low humidity, the fantastic winters and beautiful rainbows across the Santa Rita Mountains. My plan is to retire in Arizona, so in 2008 I started searching for my retirement home. After viewing over 50 homes, I selected this one for the secure gated community, the amenities of the clubhouse and the beautiful grounds. The house was perfect, ready to furnish and move into. It is located between Tucson and Green Valley and just a plane ride away from my current residence.
