Our Outer Banks oceanfront cottage 182 is located in Kill Devil Hills, 1/2 mile away from the Wright Brothers Memorial. It is the 1st level of a 2 story rental (the 2nd floor is vrbo 21923). It sleeps a maximum of 8 persons (children and adults) and has 2 baths. The 1st bedroom features 1 queen bed, the 2nd bedroom features 2 double beds, and the 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds. There is a living room/kitchen area and an oceanfront deck. This cottage shares an outdoor shower and laundry room with exterior entrance with the cottage above.
This cottage was sold out the whole summer in 2009! It's a great place to bring your family and friends with plenty of space and wide open beach available! The kitchen features: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, basic cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Linen is supplied for your stay and there is free wireless internet. Pool privileges are available at our adjacent property (open seasonally).
Year round this rental may be rented weekly (starting any day) or nightly (minimum night stay required)--and this includes the summer season! Guests are responsible for bringing paper products, trash liners, soap, detergent, etc. If you have any questions as to what is provided for your stay please call our front desk anytime.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is 10 am. Prior to departure all trash must be removed from the cottage and all dishes must be washed. All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy a cottage unless this is a family unit.
