Our home is situated on the 7th fairway of the Nicklas Tournament course in the Stadium Residential area of beautiful PGA West. The Stadium and Nicklas Courses are home to the PGA Qualifying School. Pga West is also the home of the Bob Hope Golf Tournament( January 18th-24th 2010) and will be Played on both the Palmer and the Nicklas Private courses.
This home is 8 years old and was professionally decorated with wood floors throughout and warm and relaxing comfortable furniture. Even the Patio is a shangrla with views of the golf course and mountains and big plush overstuffed chairs. Spend your day playing golf, biking, hiking, sightseeing, or shopping and return to paradise for a nice BBQ in your private patio and yard. The home has oversized two car garage for inside parking and golf cart rental may be arranged.
The home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the newly remodeled Stadium Club house with two restaurants serving all day(Opens Febraury 1st, 2008) and the Norman clubhouse with breakfast and lunch being served.
Everything you will possible need to entertain and cook and prepare food is in abundance. Ths large gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. (Dishes, pots and pans, serving pieces, glasses, etc)
This beautiful home a faces East to beautiful sunrises which stream in the windows. Occasionally a hot air balloon may be seen taking off by the early riser. In the afternoon the back of the house is shaded and a great place to relax. The patio is cooled with a Mister system for those hot days in the desert and has heaters for the cool nights on the patio. This home can be enjoyed in all weather. The private pool and spa overlook the golf course but are very private.

My family of four stayed at this house for Thanksgiving week 2011. The house is spacious and very well appointed. Kitchen is big and well-equipped, outstanding for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Common area is large and comfortable. That area and the back patio, with great pool & spa, have nice view of fairway and mountains to the north. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, and the cost is quite reasonable for a luxury home. If you're looking for a place at the La Quinta end of the valley, this is a great choice.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Three couples on a golf/business extended weekend and this house was great. It was comfortable and large enough that we could all share and have our privacy. The kitchen was well stocked for a group dinner and we enjoyed a wonderful bbq and cocktails as the sun set over the golf course. The pool and spa came was beckoning when we got back from golf each day. The owner was responsive both before and during our stay when we had questions about the amazing AV system. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to La Quinta.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We just returned from a great golf weekend at PGA West and we could not have asked for a better home that was spacious, loaded with entertainment, and equipped with everything you need. Not to mention the location is perfect. After getting humbled by some great courses, this house is a perfect place to retreat to and relax. The owners are very easy to work with and we look forward to staying here in the future.

It's a rare occasion when you find something special that exceeds your expectations. Our stay at this beautiful desert home was a dream realized. The photos on the Web site can't show the gorgeous mountain sunrises or the shades of light that paint the golf course. The entertainment center, wet bar, and completely equipped large gourmet kitchen were also exceptional, as well as the bedrooms. We hope to return soon for another great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for a stress free holiday! All you have to do is bring your suit for the wonderful pool and spa. The views are outstanding. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend the home.
