Located on Rt. 430 (Main Street) just off Rt. 86 Bemus Point exit. Only a one mile level walk to the town of Bemus Point where you will find fine dining, shopping, live free entertainment on a floating stage, library, church, golf, tennis, etc. Also ideally located in the middle of the Lake giving easy access North and South and to all the Lake has to offer.
The cottage has the cozy warm feeling of a lake cottage as the walls are knotty pine yet all the modern conveniences are available. There is a large level yard for games or relaxing and you can make use of the dock for fishing or swimming.Pilings are available for boat docking.
All cooking equipment and utensils are provided for your use in the kitchen as well as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven and range, and refrigerator. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Each bed room has a double bed and the living room has a queen size sofa bed. An inside dining table seats 4-5, deck table seats 4-5 and picnic table seats 6. Gas BBQ grill and fire pit are also provided.
