On the Bradenton River seven miles to the beach by car and 10 miles by boat. 3,500 square foot under A/C. Old Florida, tranquil and quiet, yet only 3 miles from I-75.
Split floor plan with mother in law suite below and it's own kitchen. 2 Guest rooms with large master suite with king bed and double marble vanity in master bath and huge shower. (not pictured, please request). Huge living room with vaulted ceiling and new DLP 50 inch TV and surround sound. Caretakers on site in separate dwelling should any assistance be required with the house, hot tub, ATV, Wave Runners, home theater, or either of the other three high fidelity big screens through the house. The ATV, Waver Runners and boating are available as extra options when we are present. Overlooking the Bradenton River and marsh islands that are untouched Old Florida. Boating available with captain and guide in either our 15’ bass boat, 22’ Deep V or 32' Cabin Cruiser with air conditioning and bathroom.
10 miles by boat to Gulf with waterfront restaurants along the way. If you prefer to stay in and cook instead of enjoying one of the many world class restaurants, you may utilize the $50,000 commercially equipped kitchen with 250 square feet of panoramic river view to enjoy while cocktailing or preparing your meals. Enjoy the view of the river and mangroves and birds or one of the two the salt water aquariums teaming with marine life. Two guest rooms with Queen beds and one King in master bedroom. Sofa sleeper in living room. High Speed Wireless Internet. DVD throughout for each of the 4 TV's.
Cookware supplied and all utensils along with linens. Weight room, Hydro Massage bed for ultimate relaxation. Eight person hot tub. 60” Sony DLP TV with Bose sound system including subwoofer in master bedroom. 50’ DLP with surround sound in living room. The downstairs guest room has a 42” LCD with amplified sound system and one of a kind stainless steel sleigh bed and computer work station with Wi-Fi. The Home Theater downstairs boasts a 100” projection screen with Definitive Technology and Boston Acoustic speakers and a 12” subwoofer along with base speakers built into the theater chairs.
If you are a private pilot, you will find Sarasota Airport just 15 minutes from our home. There are full services available, including tie down service during your stay.
ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS: A large variety of activities and attractions are available locally. The renowned and popular beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, St. Armands Circle and famous Anna Maria Island are 15-20 minutes away. The beautiful and historic landscape of St. Petersburg Beach is conveniently located within a 30 minute drive. These locations offer access to many outdoor activities such as deep-sea fishing, boating and sailing, snorkeling/diving etc.

15' Bass Boat: $40 per hour
22' Deep V: $60 per hour
32' Air conditioned Italian Azimut: $300 half day. $500 full day. Fuel, bait, tackle included. This boat can be used for pleasure cruising / sight seeing or trolling. Holds 8-10 people.
Waverunners on site with guide through mangroves or to open water: $45 per hour on site Wakeboarding lessons by instructional caretaker or water skiing right behind the house with no boat traffic. $45 per hour. All boats are owned and maintained by owners / caretakers.
Prevost Luxury Tour Bus available for travel throughout Florida.
Leave the driving to us while you rest or watch a movie on your way to Disney area attractions, Cape Canaveral, or take a 5 hour ride to the Key's for an overnight stay, Ride in $900,000 luxury star tour bus with more comforts than most hotel rooms. $700 per day plus fuel including driver. We will work with you to give some price relief on the vacant house should you elect to do some traveling by coach during your stay, or you may elect to schedule coach travels prior to or after your stay all together for maximum economic sense.
