Dolphin Dreams has a main floor master suite with large walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, dual sinks with granite counters.Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the top floor. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with granite counters. Amenities include 47" plasma HD TV, cable and Hi speed internet, central air/heat, central vac, free local, Canada and USA calls. Ceiling fans throughout keep you cool and comfortable. Our home is pet free and smoke free. The famous Rod & Reel Pier - one of the few privately owned piers in the nation - is a short walk where you can fish or enjoy a delicious grouper sandwich while watching the dolphins play in the waves. Walk or drive to catch the Island wide free trolley that will give you a tour of the Island and stop at shops. We take pride in our home and cater to families, couples, anyone wanting to get away and relax. If you are looking for a "party" house" go somewhere else. County fireworks ban is strictly enforced. Sleeps 6 maximum.

The pictures do not do this property justice! It's so beautiful, big and super clean! Our family of 6 had so much room and all the benefits of privacy and luxury! The master bathroom was amazing! The beach is absolutely perfect and is such a short walk. Even if we had stayed in a condo the walking distance to the beach would have been the same. The pool was perfect...NO Chemicals! We never felt that dry skin and dry hair feeling or smelled like chlorine! The whole family felt right at home, but better than home! It was great to have a garage to keep our van cool and an elevator to send up our luggage and groceries! Best of all, Linda and Larry were very sweet, gracious and hospitable. We felt very welcomed! We brought some beach toys and beach towels but didn't need to use them...they were all provided for us. I can't say enough about this place and I hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot because I hope it's available next summer when our family comes back to Anna Maria! God bless!

We have visited Anna Maria for the last 10 years, staying at various places around the Island. This year, because we were joined by our son, daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters (age 9 and 14) we wanted a larger property. How lucky we were in chosing this one! The villa was spacious and very well maintained. The owners, Larry and Linda, made us feel very welcome. We were just steps away from a magnificent beach which was shallow and very safe for all ages. We saw manatees and dolphins on most mornings and in the evenings could paddle to a sand bar to sit and watch the wonderful sunsets. As we had visited AMI several times before, we did not need to sightsee but our family went to Busch Gardens, Mote Aquarium, Ringling Circus Museum and Spanish Point which are all within a short journey. We would definitely recommend this property as certainly the nicest we have stayed on in AMI.

We have recently stayed here for 2 weeks and have really enjoyed our time. The house is brand new and immaculate, and the saltwater pool has been awesome for our 2 children(ages 1 and 4). The beach is a very short walk from the house- easy with a double stroller and all of our gear. The house is set up really well to accommodate kids or adults and has an outdoor shower, shady areas to hang out in and sunny spots to lay out, as well. The owners live nearby and were very helpful with the house and suggestions for things to do. The location is great for walking to get coffee, going for a run, taking a beach walk or just hanging out with little kiddos or adults. Plus, it's near the best beach areas on the island. We highly recommend it!

This home was extremely clean and very beautiful. It had absolutley everything our family of six could have wanted in a vacation home. It was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach where we went swimming during the day and watched beautiful sunsets at night. All amenities we could ask for. It was literally like being at home. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a very nice, quiet, peaceful vacation home. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. All questions and inquiries were answered very promptly. Even though we didn't use the elevator, it would definitely benefit a family with older relatives or handicapped. We took a one day trip to Orlando which took only two hours to get to from the island. Everything we could want was within reach. We shopped at the local wholesale club and purchased more than enough food for a week. We can't wait to go back.
