The main house has a formal library and dining room, renovated gourmet kitchen and separate guest room on the ground floor, two stunning light filled parlors on the second floor, two bedrooms, including a master suite with private kitchen, on the third floor and two huge bedrooms with stunning views of the rooftops of Charleston on the fourth floor. There is a carriage house attached to the primary residence small with a private courtyard entrance has a bedroom, sitting room with a sleep sofa, bath and full kitchen with laundry.
The house has the oldest roof garden in the historic district and the views at sunset are breathtaking.
There is off street parking but 60 Meeting is within walking distance of all of the magnificent shops, galleries, museums and restaurants in Charleston. There is a strict two car parking limit per house in the Historic District! This is the perfect rental for a family or corporate group seeking the most luxurious private residence available in Charleston.
