LUXURY - Enter into the Red Room from the HACIENDA COURTYARD and find yourself in a magnificent cathedral ceiling setting that welcomes any size party – TRAVERTINE FLOORS adorn the this room’s large open floor plan, baby grand piano, wet bar, crystal stemware for serving drinks, antiques galore. Move on to the gracious 20’ x 40’ living room with 12' ceilings and HARD WOOD floors, Wood Burning FIREPLACE, and floor-to-ceiling arched windows overlooking the pool and Hacienda Courtyard. Beyond is the staircase to the Master Suite, set in the backdrop of a 2 story high arched window.

1. FIRST MASTER SUITE - (sleeps 2 plus child) with KING size pillow top canopy bed, on the 2nd floor... 800 square feet with not one but 2 BALCONIES with great views! One is 30’ x 10 foot balcony overlooking tree tops and the Catalina mountain range in the distance. The second balcony is 15’ x 15’ overlooking the lush trees, cactus and desert. The master bath, 10’ x 20,’ boasts a Jetted Jacuzzi Tub, PLUS gorgeous Mexican tiled shower with 5 shower heads, double sinks, and walk in closet complete with washer and dryer. There’s even an adorable antique child’s bed suitable for a youngster up to age 8.
2. The SECOND SUITE (sleeps 2 plus one on loft.) is a family suite. With 12 ft high ceilings, and a laddered loft - the kids will LOVE!!! This suite includes a KING bed, PLUS a twin on the LOFT. Add to this an ensuite bathroom with authentic claw leg bathtub, and you have real charm.
3. The THIRD SUITE (sleeps 2 in KING and 2 on queen sofa bed) is 1000 magnificent square feet of magic – 60 inch TV, cathedral wood beam ceilings, cozy corner wood burning fireplace, a library that won’t stop, pit sofa that sits 6, king sized canopy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the same room – add to this your own little kitchen complete with stove, double door refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. Spanish tiled bathroom with large shower. 2 sets of double French doors lead to the pool and courtyard. Inner doors can separate this unit from the main house if desired. It even has it’s own entrance to parking areas making this a dream home for extended families or multiple families.
4 & 5. The ATTACHED 2 room GUEST WING (sleeps up to 6 - or 8 if some are children) with 2 in king, 2 on queen sofa bed, and 2 double beds on 2 lofts.) The GUEST WING CAN BE RENTED ALONE - see rates. Decorator furnished with kitchenette, complete with large refrigerator, stove, even washer and dryer. Use separate entry or open up to join the larger estate. It's as cute as can be - loved by all who stay!
6. An additional CHARMING bedroom overlooks the pool and courtyard and boasts a French Country Bed which is larger than a twin and smaller than a double. Perfect for a single or a cozy couple!

I'm happy that we took the attached guest wing too - we had room for everyone without feeling cramped or on top of each other. Mom loved having her own kitchen and privacy and yet could be with us anytime since the guest wing is attached! What a clever layout the home has. We could come and go as we pleased and still feel together. The pool was great. The courtyard was great. Everyone enjoyed their stay immensely. I'd like to stay all year!!! Thank you.

From Our Guest Book: This is our third year at the Hacienda and we love it. The walking trail around the golf course is wonderful for exercise, and there is so much to do in the area. It's very special to be here with our son and grandson, and have plenty of room for everyone. The children love sleeping on the lofts of course! There is never a dull moment here - the pool, the volleyball court, the basketball hoop, riding bikes or just relaxing by the pool. We love the privacy. There is nothing like it in Tucson - so central, yet so private and spacious and luxurious. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome.

The privacy and door-side-parking meant we could load and unload our van at ease anytime without bothering neighbors or worrying about coming and going early and late.
